Gourmet Chocolate Alfajores – Argentine Dulce de Leche Sandwich Cookies Dipped in Semisweet Chocolate | Wooden Table Baking | Box of 4

My husband is from Uruguay and Alfajores are part of his breakfast, lunch and dinner when we're there. This one was one of the few that really tasted like home to him. I bought them for his birthday. I bought 3 different varieties. He ate all 12 cookies in less than a day.

The package came crushed. I didn't care much for it, as long as it tastes good. But I didn't taste the chocolate, or the dulce de leche filling. Just a horrible Grease taste. Fat taste and that's it. I wanted so much to like it, I miss real alfajores so much. These fall too short for been call alfajor at all. Husband have the other one. And same opinion on his behalf.

Very luxurious and smooth. I grew up eating alfajores and these are just amazing.Highly recommend them.

I tried some of the traditional brands but all of them have hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup and other strange sounding ingredients, I am happy I found this brand. the package comes with 4 sandwiches, slightly larger than a silver dollar. Great flavor for the chocolate covering the cookie/biscuit and the dolce de leche filling.

The Cookies were a melted mess, and they were so small. The Quality was ruined by the melting.The manufacturer should have put a hot ice pack in the packaging. And the delivery was late. Very disappointed. I would like a refund.😡😞

The chocolate was melted, and the product did no taste that good. Not even close to a argentinian product.

I’m from Argentina and I’d recommend getting them, they’re delicious. I’ll be buying them again.My American husband also loved them
