So far works perfectly to life heavy objects into the loft. Easy to use and remote works as expected. I will update if things change but for now, great choice for a lift.

Bought the track system to mount the hoist. Makes lifting my mowers and boat motors very easy. Have used it several times since I got it. No more lifting with my back.

Excellent hoist. I installed it on a rail system. Wish the power cord was longer.

Overall, it is great. I have use this specifically for processing deer because I got tired of hand, cranking them up all the time. The reason that this one has a four star is only because in the winter time it takes forever for it to lower without any weight applied to it at all. And I’m pretty sure that that happens on all of them just because the device isn’t warm. But other than that, everything works great and I have not had no issues.

Good quality. I’ve used it several times. As others have mentioned, the disc that trips the stop can slip through the hoop, so keep an eye out or add something to it. Even with that, I recommend it.

Was very heavy to lift up and install where we did, but it worked. It is installed to our garage ceiling, with reinforcement. Went up easy, was just heavy. Material feels durable, but ours has developed a leaky seal. Works good, now check the warranty and see about this leak... Goes up and down good, just leaks fluid currently don't want to use. We used it a few times to assist with my Jeep's back during the summer when wanted to cruise around the town with the top off.
