Amazing product, used many times before just had to start ordering online cause my store stopped selling it. Came sealed but the shampoo that also ordered came in the same box unsealed and leaked. Otherwise no complaints

I've used First Botany Therapeutic Gentle Tea Tree Mint Shampoo and conditioner for about 2 years, made in USA. I added about 1/3 cup of caster oil in the 16 oz. shampoo and blend thoroughly before applying onto my hair. It helped my hair shiny, healthy look and manageable. Note: A beauty consultant recommended: 1) wash hair on the 3rd day as it takes 3 days to build the oil; 2) apply shampoo and wait for about 2-3 minutes to allow for deep penetration and full absorption of the essetial oils and extract. 2) rinse thoroughly for best results; 3) apply Tea Tree Mint Conditioner and leave it for about 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. I like shampoo and conditioner, but on the 3rd day after wash, my hair looked flat that I started seraching for another product. I found good reviews for Renpure Plant Based Tea Tree and Rosemary Refresh and Rebalance Conditioner. 95% plant based and naturally derived ingredients. Made in USA. I applied the plant based conditioner for the 3rd time and I'm very pleased with its satisfactory results so far: 1) my hair looks healthy, shines and fluffy and silky. Reasonable price.

I love the smell and how soft the shampoo and conditioner make my hair feel when wet. I don't even need a detangler when brushing out my wet hair. BUT, the problem is after my hair air dries, it gets tangled easy. It still feels soft but tangly like there is a coating on my hair or something. My ends also look stringy. My hair does seem moisturized though but it's something like a wax that coats my hair and isn't compatible. The tangles is one thing I cannot stand with any hair product. I have been using for maybe 3 weeks now. My hair loss has not increased. I also feel like it doesn't look clean at my roots but maybe because my hair is shiny. Now my hair is extremely shiny so that's a good thing. I just don't think I can stand the tangles and coated feeling to continue repurchasing. This review is based on shampoo and conditioner.

Nice quality and smell.

It seems to be okay as a conditioner, nothing fantastic but not horrible. The smell however: I hate it. Smells nothing like apple cider vinegar and everything like old lady perfume. Pump mechanism is absolutely terrible.

This left my hair feeling clean, soft and refreshed! Highly recommend!
