This supplement has improved my sleep health and muscle recovery! I have problems sleeping even with the aid of sleeping medication, but this has helped keep me asleep for longer and I feel more well rested. I work full time on my feet and lifting heavy objects and this helps me bounce back a bit faster than I would without it. There is quite a bit that comes in here and it's very cheap for a good product. Doesn't smell as bad as some other supplements either...

Ich kann das Produkt daher empfehlen, vor allen Dingen für Personen die einen etwas empfindlicheren Magen haben.

Super, j'avais besoin d'un peu de magnésium pour retrouver un peu d'apaisement mes nerfs étaient à fleur de peau. Cela m'a fait du bien je suis beaucoup mieux et surtout plus sereine...
