Poor suction and slides around

The first thing you notice when you unpack this ‘pillow’ is that under the foam lattice work there seems to be a crisp packet covering a very hard lump of foam, misgivings about this aside, the next joy/test is attempting to get the suction cups to attach to the bath, I say attempt because, wet or dry the thing just won’t stick. Just using it as a non-sticking pillow is quite unpleasant, it’s too firm, sticks your neck out at an uncomfortable angle and every time you move your head it sounds like someone is rustling a crisp packet in your ear. All in all, it doesn't for fill it’s function or purpose, unless you’d like a firm, uncomfortable pillow that doesn’t stay put and dashes any sense of relaxation by being very noisy, a characteristic one wouldn’t associate with pillows…

The pillow does seem a bit hard when you first use it, or if its dry. If you soak it in warm water then it does soften up. The suction cups are awful, there are 8 of them but I have not been able to get a single one to stick to any surface, let alone the bath. Whilst it is easy to keep clean, dirt does like to gather behind the suction cups and gradually turns black. I would recommend leaving this to dry in a well ventilated space, or hanging from something to dry. Leaving this in place, or lent against a wall in the corner of the bath will cause mold to form as mine did. Again usually behind where the suction cups are and around the edges of the cushion. That being said though, this has lasted 1 year and is ideal to lie back on in the bath. Would have been nicer if the suction cups actually worked, or even if they weren't on there at all.

Bought for ederly mum to attach to her bath chair. Found a little difficult to get it to stick, but propably because attaching it to a plastic chair. However have now managed to tie it on and it is perfect. More comfortable for her than traditional inflatable ones. Good product, my mum loves it.

The bath pillow is very nice it was the delivery that was rubbish it was not handed to me meaning Alan fisher like the driver indecated it was left at my front door so anybody could have picked it up

Comfort isn't exactly the first word I'd use to describe this "pillow", however the industrial-grade memory foam-esque material is nothing compared to the pillow in actual use. The suction power is very poor due to just how tiny the suction cups are. The manufacturers clearly have tried to improve this by adding more suction cups to the underside of the pillow (there are 8!) however this doesn't make it any more rigid. Because the foam is quite firm, it makes it very hard to actually attach the pillow to bathtub, and when the pillow falls (which often it does), it can be very laborious trying to reattach it again. It just isn't practical or really that comfortable.

I had a previous favourite bath pillow that m&s stopped making so I had to try something else. I was worried as I loved my previous bath pillow but this one is also very nice. In fact slightly better as although it does end up getting quite submerged in the water it doesn’t seem to soak much up. After I get out the bath I just pop it in the airing cupboard until next time and I’ve had no problems with it even though I’ve had it for a few months now

Love the fact that its comfortable and easy to clean, however the suction is terrible, no way could you get all the little suckers to stick to the bath. Press one down then another and the first one pops off. You need really really very very strong hands to get these little suckers to stick.
