Servicable but nothing fancy
Full disclosure! This is the spoon The Amazing Kreskin used to bend with his mind. And you can do it too! Well, they’re really not quite that bad. They are definitely light weight and easily bendable though. This is not something that you want to lay down with place settings of your good china when company comes over. These aren’t fancy, but they’re serviceable. Anyway... I have a nice set of heavy duty flatware that I refuse to take out and use. This because my adult sons are so careless with what we have been using. As a result of their carelessness, I’m down to two mismatched tablespoons. I was just about out of teaspoons as well but was able to pick up some cheapies at the local DG store. Seems they never have tablespoons though. So, at this price, I figured how could I go wrong buying these spoons. Now, when my sons lose my spoons, (I’m sure most of them end up in the garbage), I’m only losing less than sixty cents per spoon. So they’re light weight. Big deal. I’m not shoveling gravel with them. I’m eating cereal, soup or ice cream with them- which I hate to do with a teaspoon – just like trying to eat dinner with a little salad fork. Arrgh! At this point, I’ll probably go to my grave without ever bringing the good flatware out, but at least I know where it is and meanwhile I have usable spoons. Now, if I could just figure out where my plates and bowls are disappearing to.

Thin but practical.
These spoons are very thin. I can see why the price is so reasonable. We are using them and so far they have not bent in the dishwasher. I was disappointed with the quality, but then decided, considering the price, I shouldn’t expect a sturdier quality.
