I was looking online for a while to try and figure out how to stop taking other Nitric Oxide boosters in capsule form. Those to get the same amount, were 3-4 capsules a day at about an inch each. Swallowing those everyday was getting OLD really fast. I decided it was time to try using a different form of getting my supplement so I opted to use this one too try adding to a drink or food. I am so glad I tried this! My first dose was last night using a scoop that I think was slightly less material than the capsules would have been. This tells me that it’s effective, which was a bonus, however, I didn’t have a drink or anything to mix this with so I decided to try and mix this with some Greek vanilla yogurt That I had for a bedtime snack. I put the scoop into about one cup of yogurt and stirred it in and honestly, I could never taste it nor tell that it was there! I’m planning to use this for not only out benefits, but for “other” kind of benefit that men take these for, if you know what I mean (wink). About 30 mins after eating the yogurt, I noticed a huge difference (no pun intended)! I mixed it with some recovery water and my shaker cup this morning and also noticed within about the same time frame. I have certain results that are improved, and my wife is happy with the result too (wink again). I think the bio availability of this product is better than the capsules based on how quickly this worked. This container has at least 90 days of powder available if you use it twice a day. I’m expecting this to also help the effectiveness of my workouts. The main drawback to this is the powder is messy, it’s also seems to be that the handle, and I thought I’d never say this, the handle for the scoop is too long. Usually you get a short little scoop and a container that’s hard to stick your hand down into the scoop out the powder at the bottom. And this particular case this handle is a little bit too long and I don’t like sticking it in handle first because it creates more mess. So my advice to everyone reading this, is to mix it with a food that’s easily mixable, like a drink or yogurt, and also do what I’m going to do which is probably cut the handle in half so that you can leave the grip part of the handle less messy when you scoop it out.
