Great product and happy with it!

My husband already uses this. So, I got him more. It works well for him for cramps.

Tried this on multiple pain issues and ocv erall was pleased except for acute sprains. If you have chronic back, shoulder or neck pain I would strongly recommend. I'll echo what many others have said, there is little or really no noticeable scent at all with this product. That may hurt some folks ocnm fidence in the product but don't allow that to happen. Key differentiator to this product over countless others is indeed in the title, "Real Time, this product does work fast, faster than anything else I have ever used. What that means is n you will "notice" an effect after only a couple minutes, that is highly unusual for topical application pain relief creams. Not sure how they accomplished that as I see no DMSO in the product but thats' what makes this stand out. I don't find it useful for all pains, especially acute, and it could be stronger, but overall they made a very good product here with NO smell and reliable for chronic pains.

I used this product for back pain and shoulder pain. My husband is a physical therapist and often uses this on his clients. The product leaves you with a tingling cold feeling. It does have some pain relieve pain. A lot of the pain relief also comes from the fact that you are massaging this into your muscles and that just feels good. Ingredients: The ingredient that stands out to me is the menthol! you def notice it! Several other good ingredients as well (aloe vera, capsicum (used for pain relief- works better if you use this daily), glucosamine and chondroitin also come in oral form and people swear by it!) Overall: Pretty good product and easy to use! the relief is immediate! Can easily take your pain down from a 6 to a 3 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst.

I wish they would come down in price. This is good but expensive.

I have used this before for relieving knee joint point, low back pain, and shoulder pain. It targets the pain and within less than a few minutes the pain has subsided. For me, when I apply it one time the medication continues working without recurrent flareups a few hours later. It came in very handy when I was moving and after doing yardwork. I highly recommend this to people that suffer from occasional aches and pains. I do not know how effective it would be if you suffer from chronic pain, but for aches and pains from constant movement, exercise, or every day tasks it works wonders for me. The product indicates it also temporarily relieves minor pain associated with arthritis, sprains, bruises, and cramps. It is a topical analgesic lotion. You need to massage it into the affected area for best results.

I swear by this product. I have been using for years and have share with family and friends and even with my pain management doctor mind you he was impressed. Love the fact it’s smells good and does not get burning hot. Has a slight citrus smell and will get cool at first then slightly warm and for me it seems like the pain just goes away. As you see in my post, I am seeing pain management which is for back and shoulders. On bad days this product is the extra help needed to ease the pain.
