The unsung hero!
The perfect fit! Perfect support! Wish I would've bought these a long time ago! I've suffered from shin splints for the past 5+ years. Running has been out of the question when it comes to exercising for a while for a long time. I've tried different Running shoes from various brands and styles but nothing helped much. It's a bit embarrassing to say but Running 1 mile used to be an odyssey for me. I decided to give these insoles a try instead of purchasing yet another pair of quality Running shoes. These insoles, made my 1 year old New Balance 1080 feel brand new! I automatically felt extremely confident using them. The next day I hit the gym to text them out. I usually workout twice a week for 1 hour and 20 minutes but this time I felt great I stayed an extra hour. The kicker was that I ran 1 mile on the treadmill, something I hadn't done in a while, did not feel pain in my shins at all. I was pleasantly surprised. The next day, I went on a walk, 10 minutes into the walk, I decided to run, I ended up running a mile in under a little under 11 minutes which for me is something I hadn't done in 5+ years. I went ahead and ordered another pair as soon as I got home as well as a.pair of their All Day insoles. Those have been amazing as well! You will not regret purchasing them.

Best basketball insoles
As someone who not only has flat feet but gets shin splints I can't say enough how good these are! I currently play college ball and they have served me amazing, the durability has been spot on and have had no issues so far. Id say this has helped my foot health too. Now I only use this insole for all my hoop shoes, especially my Kobe collection. If you're someone who not only wants to add more stability but some added cushion to your shoe while reaping the performance and health benefits, this is for you!

Buy it if you are contemplating
Great product it’s very comfortable and gives you an elevated heel. The support helps your feet so they won’t be sore. No need of cutting and it fits in your shoe perfect.

Tried it out for myself, now I know
Giving this item 4 stars. It may work for lighter, younger, less trouble-plagued individuals, but for a 45-er with a history of sprained ankles and bad knees, these were NOT it. I tried them on an outdoor basketball court just shooting around by myself in Jordan Zoom Separates. For reference, I'm 5'9", 220lbs and well past my knees and ankles prime. Support doesn't feel that much different from other 3/4 plantar fasciitis inserts, and I've tried RBX, Air Plus, Sof Sole, Dr. Scholls and Dr. Plantar. In terms of heel cushion, the 3/4 insert most similar to the MOVE is the Dr. Scholls. Ranking the 3/4 inserts mentioned above in terms of heel cushion (from most to least): - RBX - Air Plus - Dr. Plantar - Sof Sole - Dr. Scholls - MOVE In terms of most to least plantar support, the ranking in my opinion would be as follows: - Air Plus - MOVE - RBX - Dr. Plantar - Sof Sole -Dr. Scholls DISCLAIMER: The MOVE insoles are a full-length insole. I've compared it to the 3/4 length plantar fasciitis inserts that I've had the opportunity to try just to give a point of reference. I've also tested them in my work boots (Nike SBF.01), and for plain old walking around, they give decent support and cushion. I wouldn't sprint in them unless I absolutely had to. I'll be switching them out for a Dr. Plantar full length Plantar Fasciitis insole. The Dr. Plantar full-length insole offers a little less rigid plantar support but has much better cushion in the heel. The forefoot areas of both the MOVE and the Dr. Plantar are very similar in terms of cushion. So in closing: Would these make a good athletic replacement insole? Possibly, if you're 30 and under and have relatively fresh (injury-free) joints. If you're 35 and up with a history of injured knees and ankles and seek more cushion/shock absorption, these may not work out for you. I will also add a disclaimer that individual results may vary, so take my review for what it is; feedback from a former athlete with weakened knees and ankles. Overall they seem to be ok, but I was expecting more cushion and shock absorption. If you want decent shock absorption, combine the Air Plus 3/4 plantar inserts with a Sof Sole Athletic full-length insole. Just make sure your shoes have enough room because you WILL be sitting quite high with the insole and insert combo.

Get More Than Yo Moneys Worth!!
Always always always does the job with comfortability and injury prevention! Been getting these for the past 3 years every 3 months for me and my son and I will continue to be a customer as long as the price is right! In reality these are worth more than what they are charging for tbh 🤷🏿

Best insole I’ve tried
Best insoles I’ve used for both basketball and running. It took away my knee pain

Based on my boy’s review: it’s the best insole game had in years! My boy plays top league basketball in ACT/NSW in Australia, he had several nice basketball shoes but their insole are not that good and couldn’t last long due to his big body size. I bought him different kinds of sport insoles, price ranged $20-$50 from local stores, Amazon, and even some carbon fiber Chinese made insoles, however my son doesn’t like any of them. Since MOVE insole is about $85 -$120 in Amazon Australia, its about the same price a nice basketball shoes, I couldn’t make the call first. But due to my son was only willing to wear his Kobe6 All Stars with good insole, I just paid $85 for this MOVE Game Day insole, and it turned out it’s the best choice I made! After wearing the MOVE insole in his Kobe6 All Star, my son has played four games and his heel is not hurting anymore, and he could play 32 mins full game without any foot pain. Now he wants me to buy another MOVE to put in his other Kobe6 and Kobe5. I think I would buy it again if the price drops a bit.

I was a little hesitant about purchasing these insoles for my basketball shoes due to the added bulk and weight. Now, I cannot play without them! I purchased these insoles due to the plantar pain I had in my foot while playing basketball. After the initial break-in period, the insoles felt fantastic as they molded to my foot shape. Everything feels more contained and sturdy.

What a great insole. My left foot is anatomically different from my right, with a lower arch. I play tennis 3-4 times a week and have recently developed Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and was looking for a comfortable walking/running shoe with sufficient support. Found the right pair of shoes but their insoles are not fit for purpose and my plantar pain was still bothering me. I’ve had these insoles for a while and they work great in both my running and tennis shoes, not too bulky, just the right amount of padding. Just need to keep up with the suggested exercises to battle the plantar. I suffer from knee pain too, but after 3-4 hours on the tennis court my knees don’t feel as bad. I think I will be buying these again in the future.
