Honest review: VERY GOOD seasoning mix. Smells great, tastes great. One of my new favorite additions to my cooking. I'm glad I bought it. I recently purchased three different "Greek Seasoning" blends from different producers. This is a very good one, with nice aroma, nice texture, nice packaging, good quantity for the price, and very good flavors. As I bought three different brands of "Greek Seasoning" on Amazon, and I have other brands in my kitchen, I noticed that a few have salt as a minor ingredient, while another brand may be mostly garlic powder or mostly salt. This particular brand here (Fire & Smoke) is not overpowering on the garlic or salt, and has nice herbal (onion, garlic, oregano, mint) aroma, texture, and color. Very good product I have been enjoying on eggs, pasta, chicken, tuna salad, "Greek salad", fresh tomato with olive oil, cucumber salad, toast, grits (for a savory flavor), and potatoes. I am very pleased with this product, and will buy more.

This is my favorite seasoning!!! I use it on everything!!! Hamburgers, meatloaf, steaks and even my veggies and avocados!!! Just the perfect blend of everything!!!

This Fire & Smoke Society seasoning is hands down the best seasoning we’ve ever purchased. The flavor is incredible and really elevates every dish we’ve tried it on. It’s perfectly balanced and versatile—great on meats, vegetables, and even snacks. Definitely a must-have for anyone who loves bold, delicious seasoning!

This stuff is AMAZING!! If you are a garlic lover. My grocery store discontinued it and I couldn’t find it at any other stores I was so excited to find it on here. It was double the price but it is worth it we put it on almost everything. Kinders is good but they don’t have anything that touches this.

I smoked boneless leg of lamb for shredded gyros with olive oil and THIS seasoning right here.....PERFECT!!! Wow did that lamb turn out great.

I was gifted this a couple years ago and since have bought it multiple times for myself from Amazon and for other people. I sauté vegetables with it, added to chicken and fish. It has great flavor and quality, so do the other spices from this line.

Some time ago I found this seasoning in a local store and fell in love with it. Unfortunately, that store no longer carries it and now I must buy from Amazon. I don't find it spicy, (and I live on Tex-Mex foods), but it is definitely flavorful. The rosemary seems to add something all other seasonings are missing and I use it on all kinds of meat, veggies, stir-fries, etc.. Truly a great overall seasoning.

It's the best way to make sure your Salmon is the best!
