The laptop died after within months of normal use
Bought the laptop and it was delivered on Oct 18 2023, laptop stopped charging on January 8th 2024(less than three months) and I had to send it back for repair(shipping paid by me) on January 11th 2024. The vendor then send the laptop to HP which is 'awaiting part' and the estimated delivery got pushed back to April 2024.I feel like I was robbed, and $2750 is down the drain with no recourse to go through. The return/replacement window closes 30 days after purchase(not receiving the item) after that you will be left to deal with CKU support.As a side note it looks to me like the vendor is posting multiple of these listings and just kills any that have negative reviews.
