This is great for marinading meat for barbeques, or just a quick simple lunch. The whole family loves the flavour.

Lovely
Love this stuff, great on pork steaks or chicken thighs for the bbq or pan cook. Its what they use at the butchers and supermarkets chinese flavouring

Tasty and authentic, but a bit too sweet for me
Works really well as a dry rub for meat, but does seem quite sweet. Creates a nice red and brown glaze when it cooks with the oils from the meat.
