These make a very big difference, from feeling fatigue and having weakness in muscles to feeling energetic and mobile. Takes time to take effect but it worth the effort. Tablets are small making them easy to take.

My dad has b12 injections every 3 months, before it is due he feels really ill, since taking these he no longer feels ill and it evens out his levels until his next injection. Fantastic product.

Be aware there is an awful lot of b12 in this.
Before it arrived, I had not processed that this supplement gives 44,000% of the daily value. I wonder why companies do this. I am all for maybe getting a strong supplement but this is a lot of B12. Even as a megadose, seems alot. I decided not to take it. Does anyone really need this much. Even if you divide it into fourths you will be getting 110 times the amount needed in a day. If this is what you really want, more power too you. Had I read more carefully I would not have bought this.
