I have a Breville espresso machine and bought a bag of these beans to try out. What I enjoyed was the flavor. It had the right mixture of smoothness and acidity. The container kept it fresh. I loved the smell of the beans they had a great aroma. I would say overall the quality is solid. Buy a bag see if you like it, you can't go wrong here.

This is very good coffee with a light and fruit taste.

Great roast and blend for a pour over. Try smooth and no bitterness. I use a 15:1 water to coffee ratio with a chemex pour over. I pour right off the boil, Bloom for 30 seconds top off to 200ml of water let it settle a bit and then pour the remaining 100ml. Terrific flavors and wonderful aroma. Low acidity roast when brewed as above.

My only issue is that they use USPS for shipping. If you want really slow shipping and no way to know where your package actually is, use the slow and ineffective USPS. Otherwise, the coffee is delicious. It's clear they care about product (bean) quality.

Best coffee Ever! Perfect with a tablespoon of heavy cream!

I would give zero star if possible. I order two boxes, both were completely damaged and wet. Can not use single of the beans. Very disappointed. Not recommend at all!
