Trying it for the benefit, no fan of the taste
Not a fan of the taste but this may be because I don’t like aloe Vera. Otherwise, it is supposed to help with sleep, good for liver health. Since it is organic, good quality for hair, effective for cleansing.

CONTAINS POTASSIUM SORBATE AND SODIUM BENZOATE ALONG WITH CITRIC ACID. ACTUALLY BURNED GOING DOWN! NOT GOOD FOR YOU, STICK TO PURE ALOE. IN THE TRASH BIN!
