Love this motherwort! I use it for anxiety and it works very quickly to calm. Tastes sweet and is really easy going down. J'ai acheté ce produit en "remplacement" de l'Anxiozen dont la fabrication a malheureusement été arrêtée. Calme relativement bien des sentiments d'angoisse, et est efficace sur des crises d'extrasystoles d'origine nerveuse. Attention tout de même, pour moi du moins, avec la dose recommandée de 40 gouttes 3 fois par jour, l'effet produit est un peu trop "planant", voire inconfortable avec une certaine somnolence. Peut-être que pour certains 120 gouttes par jour est la bonne quantité, moi j'en suis à 50 en 2 prises matin et soir. Je conseillerais donc de commencer avec des quantités plus faibles et d'augmenter au besoin. Le goût est plutôt agréable mais ça reste subjectif et secondaire.
