Oh my gosh! The compression boards were just perfect to add to my faja. The back board relieved so much low back pain. The front helped to smooth out my belly button area and relieved the swelling in front. I just had a 360 tummy tuck / lower body lift.

The foam and back board are made of easy to clean or wash materials - however the ab board is not. This is covered with a soft stretchy fabric with a hard underlay. It works for the post surgery purpose but makes keeping it clean and fresh a bit harder task. I think this could be improved by at least a removable, washable cover. Over all the set is good for the price but I would not buy again.

Love these foam boards I use them with all my fajas. They are comfortable and they make my healing from my tummy tuck so much better.

Bought this and it’s not effective at all. It’s uncomfortable and not the best quality. It’s hard but flimsy so the support you expect is not there

This product was very helpful when I was recovering from 360 lipo. I had drains in for 4 days after surgery. After those were removed, I experienced a lot of swelling and was developing seromas on my stomach, despite using a compression garment. The surgeon suggested that I use an ab compression board, which is when I ordered this product. I started using the ab and back boards on day 8 after surgery. The results were immediate. After sleeping with the boards for one night under my compression garment, my stomach swelling went down significantly and I didn't develop any more seromas. The back board help reduce swelling too, but it wasn't as dramatic as in the stomach area. The only major negative to this product for me is that they're quite uncomfortable. They don't breath well, so I'm constantly damp beneath the boards. Also, I can only use them when wearing pants with an elastic waistband. Despite being a bit annoying to wear, this product was very helpful in expediting my recovery and I highly recommend it.
