It arrived and did not have a smell but I washed it anyway and hung it up to dry and because I wanted it to smell fresh like my sheets. It is very durable. It has deep pockets that fit my extra thick mattress. If you want your bed to feel like you are at an expensive hotel get this topper.

This mattress pad fits our oversized mattress well and is comfortable. I don’t really care for the stitching on top because the sheets sink into it and doesn’t lay flat. It seems very durable.

Bought this mattress topper in 5/25. Upon arrival it was as described, thick, soft and fluffy. Unfortunately less than a year later it is pretty flat and lumpy now. If I recall correctly, I washed it about 4 times since I got it last year. Wished it would have held up longer
