Dr. Woods Pure Peppermint Liquid Castile Soap, 32 Ounce

I used this soap to mix with water to take care of my plants and pests .....it did the job perfectly!

The texture, smell, and price, albeit a little reduction in price would be beneficial.

It smells lovely but it does dry your skin out a bit so I either use it with my sanex or just use it on my face twice a week, I bought this as it has multi use for cleaning and personal use, it is a bit pricey so I don't think I will be buying it again, sorry.

I use it to my face cleanser and the peppermint smell wakes your senses leaving a cool sensation on your face. Please do not use on face directly, you have to mix a small amount with oils, honey, water, etc. Also great to clean your kitchen counters, bathrooms, etc. Gives an amazing scent in the house, good for many things, watch YouTube videos they will give you some tips on how to use it and its benefits.

I use Dr. Bronner's castile soap regularly. I decided to give this brand a try since the price is lower. It is a great product. It smells nice, and is very comparable product. The main difference is this product is much thicker. I imagine that would be helpful/better for some uses such as a body wash, de-greasing, . We dilute castile soap (about 1 part soap to 3 or 4 parts water) in those foaming hand washing dispensers. They work great because the soap cleans well, smells nice, and doesn't dry out your hands. I also think it doesn't have a build-up like Bronner's, and seems to rinse better. Because this soap is thicker, it does not work as well in those pumps because it settles to the bottom, whereas the Bronner's doesn't do that as much. We will undoubtedly buy this again, but we will probably keep buying Bronner's as well, just for our hand soap mixture.

I bought this to try something with peppermint that would hopefully stop bugs, spiders and other unwanted creatures from coming into my house. I haven't used it long enough to say if that works, but I do love the smell of this and how well it cleans. I've used it on hardwood floor, laminate floor, baseboards and painted walls. I washed my doors and doorjambs to see if it stops the bugs, so far I think it helps but I can't be completely sure as it hasn't been very long. I did have someone ask if I had my hardwood floor refinished because it looked great, but I haven't. The only thing I've done different is use this product.
