This is my seventh bottle, and I use it in my cooking. Words can't describe how great it is. I use it in fried dishes, salads, and all kinds of recipes. It's healthy, delicious, and high-quality. This avocado oil is one of the healthiest cooking oils we use—it performs great at high heat and is perfect for grilling, roasting, and sautéing. I appreciate that it’s naturally refined, free from additives, and made with clean, non-GMO ingredients. It’s become our go-to oil for everyday cooking. The only downside is the price—it’s noticeably more expensive than other oils, but I do feel like I’m getting what I pay for in terms of quality. If health and clean flavor matter to you, this one is worth keeping in your kitchen.

One disappointing issue is that the promised redipe booklet is accessed by a QR code. So It is worthless for an older person with eyesight issues as I don't have a smart phone and use a PC. The oil itself is great. I bought it at $32. The price has skyrocketed and I don't believe that is entirely due to tariffs. The price is ridiculous. Even if it isn't adulterated with cheaper oils, I won't buy it at that price. 5 stars because I got this one at a reasonable price.

It’s great for frying and cooking. I also used it for baking. And maintaining good cardiovascular health.

The oil is fine but the purchase came with the offer of a downloadable recioe eBook but I have yet been given instructions as to how I can fine that eBook.

Chosen Avocado Oil is the best. Check on Google! Seed oils are for machines, not for humans. Either avocado, olive, or coconut oils, or beef tallow are for humans. The great things about Chosen Avocado Oil are its purity and freshness, light taste that doesn't influence the flavor of food like olive oil or coconut oil, and it's very high smoke point. I use it for popcorn which requires temps of over 410F and closer to 450 and the Chosen Avocado Oil is smokeless and doesn't change color or color the flavor of the popcorn. Chosen Avocado Oil is the only avocado oil I use. I buy it in the big jug and in the spray.

Love that there is a clean 100% avocado oil on subscribe and save. This has such a neutral flavor.
