I don't have much experience with "waterline" liners - but this is pretty cool. It gives your eyes another dimension. There are more expensive brands out there - but this one is pretty slick, and affordable.

I have used this eyeliner for 4 years now to make my eyes appear bigger by applying on my lower lash line. Colourpop is my go to for gel eyeliner! It is very pigmented as well!
