This is an amazing bike, it’s awesome for what you get for the price, everything works and it looks amazing

Communication: Sucks, bike broke down after driving 152 miles 2 weeks after receiving the bike, seller refused to help, said I needed to take it to a mechanic, so after getting $300 or $400 to pay a mechanic to look at the bike, it was ruled that it was a defect and the transmission was blown. That I needed a new motor. Reached back out, they tried to refuse to help me by saying it’s been more than 30 days since purchase, yes but we’ve been fighting about this since 2 weeks after getting the bike. Okay so then after about another 1-2 weeks going back and forth, the best they could do is send a transmission, that can’t even be used because we need a whole new motor so I’m out of luck. DO NOT BUY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL TRY AND TURN THE TABLES ON YOU WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG Oh and to add, my dad bought this bike too and it has a gas leak, food for thought. Just save your money for a better, more reputable brand.

this is a nice motorcycle arrived undamaged assembly was fairly easy all nuts&bolts checked out only one screw loose on throttle housing verry well made gets great gas mileage looks like a titan mean and lean the only problem is parts kind of hard to get i am sure you can just have patience other than that what a fantastic motorcycle the tires are ok brakes look good so far starts right up beautiful blue color it really dosnt need anything but ridden have over 100 miles on it nice and smooth no wobble straight the brake rotors are out of true need replaced but they are on that the price is right the dealer needs to step up to the plate and provide spare parts more easily thats the reason for the 4 stars but customer service is on it had contact with them the whole time from shipping to after assembly verry nice people getting the paperwork was fast getting the bike titled was easy if you buy this motorcycle you will be pleased and a smile on your face when you ride it.

The motorcycle came a week earlier then expected and even though the box was beat up only a minor scratch was on the bike.. no instructions but a video was easy to find (have to have atleast 2 people). The side skin (silver part) dosenr line up to put bolts on but they don't matter. The bike looks great and rides smooth also.

The motorcycle was delivered to my front door without one scratch on it. I only had the handle bars to put on. Put gas into the bike and it drives like a dream. It handles the curves great and I am so very happy with my purchase. I called for the title and Ms. Sophia was fantastic and professional throughout the call. She needed my order number and she sent my title in 3 to five business days. My bike has 350 miles on it and I could not be happier or more satisfied with my purchase.

looks nice but dont be fooled. It died at 1200 miles. my friend got one to. he got 150 miles before transmission went out. they replaced the transmission but he would have had to pay for the labor which was about the cost of the motorcycle itself. Also no place to get any parts except from china

Will recommend to all family and friends ,my son motorcycle came early and also with all parts and customer service was very very patience with me while providing me step by step instructions on how to obtain registration and title so most definitely A+ with me .

Great starter bike for first time riders. Shipping was early by 5 days or so. Only issues are there's no instructions for assembly and was missing a nut for the front tire. The transmission did give me some issue going into first but getting that fixed now. Other than that runs perfectly. For the price it was definitely a great price. The support staff kept in contact regularly to ensure everything was in order and give me updates on delivery and acquiring all the paperwork. Definitely recommend them for your first bike purchase. Make sure you put premium gas in the bike if you put regular it will throw a code and runs a little weak. But after switching the gas it ran perfectly.
