Jack & Rose Clippers and Trimmers Set, Cordless Hair Clippers for Men, Barber Clippers Set

I purchased this clipper set and was pleasantly surprised by how well it works. The clippers cut smoothly, don’t pull hair, and have strong power. The battery lasts a long time and the different guards make it easy to get the exact length you want. The metal design feels sturdy and well-made. Overall, a purchase that’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

The clippers (both pairs) are of good quality, feel heavy and durable. Very easy to use, the comfort and feel are excellent, and being cordless makes it even better. Plenty of different sizes to cut your hair shorter or longer. If there was one thing I wish they would do-it would be to not only package it better, but design something to organize the different types and sizes of clipper heads that come with the package. That’s not a very big deal at all, and overall this is an excellent product at a fair price that actually rivals the big brands on the market!

Excellent weight and feel. A perfect replacement for the Wahl clippers that always purchased in the past. I got tired of Wahl clippers breaking down or jamming or buzzing like a UFO. Jack & Rose seem to be my answer for clippers that always seemed to fail when I needed them the most. Nice cut along with closeness to my scalp. I will update if I’m wrong in future uses.

I bought the Jack & Rose clipper and trimmer set for my dad, and overall he’s been really happy with it. The clippers are sharp and cut evenly, and the motor feels strong enough to get through thicker hair without pulling. He said it worked smoothly and didn’t snag, which was important since he cuts his own hair at home. The trimmer is also a nice bonus for cleaning up edges and detailing. The only downside worth mentioning is the guard lengths. The guards seem to run a bit shorter than standard. For example, when he used the #3 guard expecting a little extra length, it cut closer to what a #2 usually would. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you’re particular about length. Overall, it’s a solid clipper set that performs well and feels like good quality for the price — just keep the slightly shorter guards in mind when choosing your length.

I was really surprised by the quality of the clippers and trimmer. Basically professional-grade, they don't look or feel cheap at all. Well, the plastic comb guards aren't QUITE on the same level as brand-name Wahl ones. But the actual clippers and their blades are top-notch and perform great. The most incredible thing about these is the battery life. I've had these things for over 3 months now, use them every weekend, and still haven't gone below 50% battery life on either one yet! I actually had to plug them in and charge them for the first time before writing this review, just to make sure there wouldn't be any surprise problems with the charging. Otherwise, I probably would have gone a few more months on the original charge from the factory. Personally, I like that these units charge with USB cables. However, there are two caveats that you should know about. First, this set only comes with the cables, not a charger. Sadly, that's pretty much standard for all USB stuff these days. Secondly, while it's USB on the end that plugs into the charger, the cable has a proprietary connector on the end that plugs into the clippers. So, you can't use your own normal USB cables, as you can with other clippers that use USB on both ends. However, the set does come with two cables, even though both the clipper and trimmer use the exact same plug, so you're basically getting a backup cable. The most important warning I can give is that THE PLASTIC COMB GUARDS FOR THESE CLIPPERS ARE NON-STANDARD, compared to every other pair of clippers I've ever seen before. Normally, the comb numbers represent eights of an inch (e.g. a #1 comb is 1/8 in, a #8 comb is a one full inch, etc). However, these combs are offset by two sizes. That is, if you're accustomed to using a #2 comb, then you use a #4 comb here. A standard #3 comb is actually a #5 comb with this set, etc. I wasn't paying close attention, and my first cut was WAY shorter than I was expecting! That was frustrating, but now I know. Despite being a little flimsy feeling, and having the weird size offsets, the combs that come with this set are perfectly usable as-is. However, a cool thing is that these clippers fit brand-name Wahl combs guards just fine. So, I salvaged the combs from my old worn-out Wahl clippers and are just using them instead now. Overall, there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind, but this is still an outstanding clippers and trimmer set. You get both units for around the same price that Wahl charges for clippers alone. And while the comb guards aren't quite as good as Wahl's, the actual units themselves feel like much higher quality than what Wahl sells in this range. Recommended.

Much better than expected. Seems that these are quality built clippers and trimmer. Heavier than other clippers we have used. No issues with ergonomics, they fit well in the hands and are comfortable and easy to use. They do a nice job cutting hair with just a few passes. Lots of accessories to get just the right length. The price is more than fair for what you get. Customer support numbers are right on the clippers, so no searching for who to call if something goes wrong in the future. It would be nice to have a carrying case with dedicated spaces for the clippers and all of the accesories, as the storage bag is cumbersome, making it hard to access the guides without dumping the bag out to get at what you need in the moment. All in all it seems to be a great purchase. We would recommend these clipper sets over any we have used in the past.

Great clippers at a great price!

Excellent quality. I think it's a bit of over kill for your home use but it works like a charm. Better if the quality is too good, rather than not good enough. I would use it if I owned a barber shop. It's only problem is the really short hairs, it doesn't pick those up. But overall very happy. it feels durable and will last you a long time.

I've had this for over 6 weeks, used every 2 days, and I still haven't needed to charge it yet! The precision trimmer sits on 65% charge. This may not be the best clipppers in the world, but it's certainly the best I've ever owned! It does its job perfectly for my head and facial hair. I mostly use the precision trimmer for both, but the main unit is also great. And it's waterproof (effectively) so you can wash it under a tap. It's plenty sharp for my hair. Feels good in the hands. Looks brilliant. Weighty so feels solid. Easy to use. Doesn't appear to get warm when in use. It's earned a rare 5 stars from me.

Excellente qualité, j’ai été très surpris par ces appareils. Le confort de coupe est super et les lames font bien leur travail. La bonne autonomie est également à souligner. Rien à dire de plus le rapport qualité prix est parfait.

Great Price and a Great Product. I love the trimmers the cut clean and the clippers are quiet. Also shows battery percentage & of they need to be oiled. Professional Quality. I'm a hairstylist and i recommend the pair.

Por el momento cumple con lo prometido, la bateria dura muchcisimo, calculo que al menos 4 o 5 cortes de pelo. La palanca para regular el tiro de la cuchilla es realmente genial para controlar con precision y no necesitar 20 peines, que por otro lado los incluye. Especialmente util los dos peines para degradado que trae, oreja izq y derch, utiles si te autocortas el pelo. Echas en falta unas tijeras pero por 40 euros y con llegada de en dos dias esta muy bien.
