These got delivered to me with no problems at all. All the parts and gubbings,brand new and all completely in order. Nicely boxed and wrapped neatly in bubble wrap. They also came on time and without delay. The taps themselves are really nice,top quality,superbly made,are pretty heavy weight and also have a very smooth action on the handles,I'm actually really impressed. They are much nicer and better than I thought they'd be. They are nice and easy to fit,the rubber washers were a bit small for my basin,tap holes,but,they are the right ones for these taps and can be used normally. My holes are slightly bigger than normal sinks,I don't know why,maybe,it's because it's an old basin. All the same,they both fitted perfect,no messing about at all,and are totally sealed with no leaking whatsoever. The ceramic looks great on them and they are a real tight fit,no movement in handles or taps anywhere,whatsoever !!! Here's a few pics with my old taps on,and then my new ones to show my new upgraded sink,haha !!! I definitely highly recommend these taps. Overall,these are a great price for high standard,top quality,well made,decent looking taps,in my honest opinion. I'm really happy with mine. Thanks !!!

Good quality nice looking taps

Really smart looking quality taps. Finished off my bathroom nicely. Nicely packaged. Only reason I did not give 5 stars, is that the hot and cold parts at the top let the taps down as they look a bit cheap. So I will probably replace these. All in all I would recommend these taps. Great quality and great price. :)

taps look really stylish, very good quality and easy to use especially for aging hands

Purchased for my mum’s heritage vintage style sink. Her previous pair started to drip constantly therefore she wanted new taps. I had to find taps with a longer spout to keep the flow over the sink as many other brands were too short. Fitted by my son an apprentice plumber and were way to fit. There is no filter within the spout so it flows quite fast which is good in a way as no filter limescale. They look great and work fine with a traditional boiler system.
