Looks and works like it is brand new. All I had to do was charge the device before use. No scratches or blemishes on it at all. Mine did not come in the actual packaging, like I have read that some do. Mine also came with the charger. Never had a smart watch before and I wanted to try one before buying brand spanking new; I'll just stick with this refurbished one cause it looks like I just bought it. Very surprised at the quality for a refurbished device, doesn't even look like it has been used. Was worried about the battery, but after doing some research on Google and doing some tweeking in the settings not so worried any more. I was worried when I got this watch for my son, the bad reviews scared me but I took a gamble. The watch is an outdated version as I knew, but it came sealed in a factory box with charger and looked brand new. It charges fast and holds a charge all day while my kid is at school. He uses the step counter and that works well too. Everything seems to be working great and as expected.

I like a lot of things. It is where the samsung 3 left off with sleep,heath measurements, ecg, stress, alarm,oxygen, ect.That was my last watch. The new perks are the body composition measurements. I compare it to my smart scale. It is supposed to be more accurate. I like the animation. I can personalize it with more pictures. As long as you have Bluetooth, you can do automatic updates on your watch, without going on the phone to do it unlike the samsung 3. There is a temperature feature. I guess it only works when you sleep or cycles if you're a woman. Only disappointment is there isn't a blood pressure device. It can only be used in other countries not the US. Samsung didn't fill out the paperwork with the FDA. I read it on samsung member forums. I changed the strap because of rashes. I bought a Milanese strap and bumper separately. The housing around the watch is aluminum instead of steel. So just to be safe. It's a good watch overall. Battery life is about 60%after 24 hrs. It will give you about 2 days. I bought it refurbished. It came with a generic charger and plug. It works well.

Order delivered on time & watch looks great. Boxed tightly (no instructions) but a quick Google & it was all set up. Phone takes you thorough everything you need. Satisfied with purchase, feels comfortable & looks nice. Opted for larger 44mm so it takes up my whole wrist (purchaseed seperate- a screen protector/siding is on). Charged battery fully before operating night of delivery, set up apps --battery diminished as expected & wore over night for sleep diagnostics. Day of I charged again & battery is holding great (photo shown 84%).

Las todo estaba excelente, el problema fue 🥲que solo me duró un año y se descompuso la pantalla. Alguien sabe donde puedo llevarlo a que lo reglen o saber si tienen alguna garantía

El reloj no trae la caja original , ni el cargador original sin embargofunciona correctamenteel únicodetalle es que al principio fue algo complicado de emparejar con mi celular , también tenía muchas actualizaciones pendientes, lo que llevo aprox. 6 hrs en actualizarse. llego sin batería y para cargarse dura 1 hora aprox. pero durante este tiempo se calienta y se pausa la carga. Después de un día de usarlo ha dejado de dar problemas, además de que la apariencia es muy bonita y parece nuevo

La batería le dura día y medio, solo día y medio????!!!!! Qué onda? Siempre he sido súper fan de Samsung pero está batería dura muy, pero muy poco, mega desilusionada
