Velcro was quite wide & stiff, maybe use a softer type as it rubs on ankles

These are brilliant. I was getting a bit complacent in my exercise routine so decided to add these to my wrist and ankles. What a difference even though they are only 0.5kg each. You can really feel a better workout especially on your arms. Perhaps need some a little heavier for the ankles. Nice and comfy too but I did need to pull my socks up a little as the ankle ones strap was digging into my skin. The socks thing has sorted that though.

Product leaking sand from where the Velcro is attached. I would not recommend.
