My hairdresser mentioned at my last color appointment that she noticed thinning in my hair, especially around my bangs which receive the most heat damage from styling and coloring. Since I only wash my hair about once a week, I needed a product that worked on wet or dry hair. This formula has been great so far! I've only been using it for a few weeks, but have noticed my scalp feeling really clean and some new growth coming in. Excited to see the results in a few months. I also love that it's a spray bottle to make distribution throughout my scalp easier.

This hair treatment works well with the products I use for my curls. I don’t have any white flaking when I wet my hair down and brush it to redistribute my curly products. I’ve been using it daily I’m sure it takes time to see results. The packaging is nice this bottle is a heavy glass it’s thick and won’t break if you drop it while styling your hair. The packaging said no fragrance but i thought it had a nice light fragrance to it.

I recently found this product and had to try it. I have been using the Iles Formula booster with the shampoo and conditioner for nearly 2 months now. I do feel my hair is more full since using this product.

First of all I LOVE the brand - the shampoo, conditioner and serum are fantastic! Was super excited to try the hair restorer. Sadly the pump does not work. I can’t tell if the product inside is worth it… Won’t be buying anything else until it is resolved.

A lot of people rate cosmetics and skincare products based on name brand and price rather than actual ingredients and I don't. I am a serial ingredient researcher and have a background in chemistry so I have very little tolerance for the price markup a lot of luxury companies employ on their products when their ingredients are basic, cheap compounds that can be easily procured for a few dollars or aren't even beneficial. Most hair growth products take a scientific premise, maybe even one or two limited studies, and then run with that, add inflated product claims, and pump out a useless but overpriced product that retains little of the original science and does nothing for actual hair growth. Without getting into too much of the science, this has a couple active ingredients that SUPPORT hair growth (but do not magically CAUSE hair growth) buried under a whole lot of very cheap filler ingredients. For $20, sure, I would apply this to my scalp religiously for months expecting nearly imperceptible improvement in hair follicle strength but not density. For $95? Absolutely not. This did not cost a fraction of that for the company to produce. It's mostly cheap, petroleum-based humectants. Massaging and stimulating your scalp while applying this is what is going to improve hair growth and cell turnover, not this serum itself so much. And that takes work, time, and discipline, something most consumers aren't going to do every single day and night, turning their head upside down and getting their scalp to tingle....You know a good way to improve hair growth that costs a lot less? Peppermint, rosemary, and other select essential oils directly on the scalp, rubbed in, and a very whole foods forward diet and exercise. Just saying. That's coming from someone who has actually experienced extreme hair loss, and tried all these serums. Or skip this $95 pricetag and buy some fresh horseradish and apply that directly to your scalp every day. I dare you. It's all about blood flow and internal health. Also, this little container is weighted to make it feel like you're getting way more serum than you actually are ...on top of the fact it's incredibly diluted.

The pump to dispense the product is defective. Sometimes it works using force but then it jams. Anyone with arthritic problems in their hands would not be able to use the product.
