For anyone in a similar situation
Having ALS and being wheelchair-bound, you quickly learn that not all furniture is created equal—especially tables. The variations in table height can make all the difference. Some tables allow for smooth and easy access, where my wheelchair can fit snugly underneath, making it a breeze to sit and use them. Others, however, present obstacles that can make everyday tasks unnecessarily challenging. We happen to have a dining room table that fell into the latter category. It was a beautiful piece of furniture, but its height made it impossible for me to fit my wheelchair comfortably beneath it. While the table had sentimental and functional value, it was a constant source of frustration—until we discovered furniture risers. These simple yet ingenious devices turned out to be a game-changer. With their help, we raised the table just enough to make it accessible and convenient for me to use. The transformation was immediate and effective. Suddenly, what had been a physical barrier became a welcoming and usable space. Furniture risers might not seem like a groundbreaking product at first glance, but their impact on quality of life can be profound. They provide an affordable, practical solution for creating more accessible environments, especially for those of us who face mobility challenges. In my case, they’ve enabled me to reclaim a sense of independence and comfort in my own home. For anyone in a similar situation—whether dealing with a wheelchair, a walker, or other mobility aids—furniture risers are worth considering. They’ve made my life easier, and I hope they can do the same for others. Sometimes, the smallest changes can make the biggest difference.

VERY sturdy. High quality
Very sturdy and high quality. I use these as risers for small refrigerators. They do an excellent job for that. They are visually not the prettiest, so I wouldn't use for furniture (which is usually lighter), however these are the best appliance risers I've seen. Ideally the appliances should have little feet which then are secured in the indentation of the riser.

Contemplate if no slip is right for your application.
Works well, but here's the thing: Purchased to raise my oven to countertop level, but the bottom is non-slip so i had to black duct tape cardboard pieces to the bottom so i could slide the oven back against the wall.

Great Purchase - Sleak, Sturdy, & Sticky.
These are fantastic. Sleak, non-skid, and height adjustable. Come on man!! You got it all. I especially love how well each puck connects together to make a very solid riser when you use more than one puck in your riser. The fit is really tight and stays put. I used 3 pucks on each leg to raise desk 3 inches for my home office desk because I have a long torso and short arms, so I need my desk higher to be more comfortable. Well they work great and look great. I highly recommend. Just make sure to measure the width/diameter of the desk feet. Feet will set down in each puck about 3/8ths of an inch. If your desk has adjustable feet for leveling, these will fit no problem.

Exactly as Advertised
Perfect for the usage I needed. Desk riser, not egregiously large, just a puck or three stacked for the appropriate height.

Works
Works well enough but not great. Table still moves around on them and looks a little weird as they sit on the side of the leg. Table is a bit higher so I guess it's good enough.

Fun size for the win
Purchased after I kept stubbing my toes into my old risers. Just the right lift and solved my bulky problem.

We returned these as we couldn't risk the couch falling off these small risers
