Great phone Great price the phones in excellent condition and works like new and has good battery life absolutely recommend this phone if your looking for a folding phone

Edit & Update: Within 6 months of purchase, the Fold screen stopped working. I sent it off to the seller who said the issue was due to pressure damage and not covered by their warranty. The cost they quoted to repair the phone wasn't far off what I paid for it. I asked for the phone to be returned to me unrepaired. Not long after it was returned, I discovered this issue had caused the wi-fi ribbon to break. This means I can no longer use wi-fi and the phone can only function using my own data plan. I took care of the phone since purchase & hadn't mishandled it so really sad about this especially as I don't change my phone often. Disappointed to say the least and my initial recommendation about the seller or phone no longer stands. Had my eye on this model for a few months. Finally made the purchase as my old phone ran out of storage and its battery life had greatly reduced. This phone is clean and in great shape with only a slight nick near the charging port but for the price, I'm very happy. Came with a charger & cable. Would recommend this seller especially as the item was delivered the day after placing the order.

I am very pleased with the quality of the phone. Would definitely reccommend the "good" quality phones. Had almost no scratches on body and the screens looks almost perfect. With the years warranty to back it up, this is great. I previously tried 2 different phones in fair condition from another 'reputable' site which were both broken and had to bd returned. I highly reccommend using amazon renewed instead, as is much better quality. I also did not want to risk an "adequate" phone on amazon after my experience with "fair condition" elsewhere, but after seeing how good "good" condition is, I'd be tempted to try in future to get an even better bargain.

The phone looks brand new, no marks or scratches and great battery life. Gave 4 stars just because I was sent an iPhone lightning cable rather than a USB C cable, so had to purchase a separate one in order to charge the phone on the day.

Arrived earlier then expected and was in excellent condition. No visible scratches or marks that I could see. Powered up with no problems and started setting up right out the box.

Phone doesn't charge at all, mega upset. How can they sell items that don't even work. once managed to charge, it will not connect to WIFI and every time I fold it, it turns off. After 2 days it stopped recognising sim card. read customer reviews on their own website, its 1 star. AVOID ALL ALL COSTS, as they dont even provide return label and I after i sent it back and paid for postage myself, I did not get any email notification that it has been received. queried the refund with them, they told me they sent it to Samsung under warranty, as is I want that phone back... avoid 3rd party sellers. I bought another phone from Amazon renewed, not 3rd party seller and it works perfectly. avoid this company, as they will discount this phone and put it back for sale

I chose the "good" option, not "excellent" - but this could have easily been sold as excellent. There is absolutely no visible damage - no scratches, no chipped paint, the hinges work well, and the battery lasts over a full day on a single charge. The phone performs well, the camera quality is great and has up to 30x zoom (10x optical + 3x digital). I'm very happy with this. I previously had a Z Fold 3 and accidentally damaged the internal display. A repair shop quoted me £600 to fix it - buying this was both cheaper and provided a better result than having my old phone repaired.

Mi sono innamorata di questo cellulare, il suo unico difetto è che si ricarica molto lentamente e si scarica più velocemente della norma, ma penso sia normale perché è un cellulare molto potente, ci ho scaricato una marea di cose.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Mondo Affari. J’ai acheté un téléphone le 23 juillet 2024. Il est tombé en panne en février 2025. Je l’ai retourné à mes frais (transport + douane) comme demandé. Après plus de 2 mois d’immobilisation (du 11 mars au 16 mai), Mondo Affari m’a envoyé un modèle reconditionné, car le premier n’était pas réparable. Malheureusement, ce téléphone de remplacement est lui aussi tombé en panne (Wi-Fi et Bluetooth défaillants, surchauffe, écran noir). J’ai signalé les problèmes dès le 22 juillet 2025, mais Mondo Affari refuse toute prise en charge, sous prétexte que la garantie est expirée — ce qui est contraire à la réglementation européenne. Service après-vente inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas.
