Great Lunch Box – Works Perfectly So Far
I used this electric lunch box in my office for the first time today, and I’m really happy with it. It heats food evenly and quickly, and the separate fruit compartments are a nice touch. The 1.8L stainless steel container is a good size for a full meal, and the insulated bag makes it easy to carry without spills. Everything feels well-made and leakproof, and it’s very convenient for workdays when I want a hot meal without using the office microwave. So far, I’m impressed — if anything changes or I have any issues, I’ll update my review, but for now I’m very satisfied.

Hot hot hot
We've used this for a few meals so far and have been impressed every time. It is perfect for re-heating a variety of meals. The tin is non-stick and very easy to clean. Wet foods appreciate being stirred half way through, or they threaten to stick to the bottom, but it always comes off very easily. The tub is sturdy, and the outer bag seems well-made and looks tidy. We have a well-stocked kitchen at work and have the pleasure of eating off plates and washing up there, so we don't bring our box home. However, my neighbour carries hers about and it still looks good. I'm not sure how long she's had it, but there's no signs of wear on the bag. The tin is huge! We feed up to two of us a small meal each from it, and there's plenty of space left. Of course, if you were to put more food in it, it would take a little longer to warm the food through. Here's what we've had so far, all heated for 30 minutes:- - leftover homemade stew for one (this was my tester meal and it worked perfectly) - tin of Big Soup for one (need to remember to take some bread for dipping next time) - sausage and beans with buttered toast for two (leftover sausages chopped up and put in with the beans at the beginning of the day. Heated up come lunch time and placed pre-cooked buttered toast on top of the food for the last 10 mins. Toast came out a bit chewy, so next time I might just leave it cold. Sausages and beans were delicious) - Sausage rolls (pre cooked from frozen at home the night before. The lunch box is the perfect size for 2 large sausage rolls. Placed them in dry, with no water. Turned them over half way through reheating. Came out hot right through, and the pastry was nice and flaky, as it should be!) - another tin of Big Soup for one (forgot the bread again) - tin of below-par minestrone soup we've been ignoring for months, improved with added ingredients, for two. (My partner had tried one of the tins we bought and thought it was very bland, so to this tin I added fried onions and chopped leftover sausages that I purposefully made too much of the night before. It came out very tasty.) Kindly note - we wouldn't normally eat this much sausage or tinned food in a week! It was the week before Christmas and we were rushed off our feet at work and exhausted when we got home. Things I'm looking forward to trying include curry, bolognese, lasagne, mushroom omelette, chip butty, hot sausage butty, home-made soups and casseroles Sunday roast. I'm also going to bring the box home to try fish in sauce and judge the smelliness before doing that at work. I don't think my customers would appreciate the smell of fish.

Excellent product....no microwave or thermos required
Excellent product. This bento box is stylish and works beautifully. My son uses it for his lunch at his practice and it has meant he can have a properly cooked hot meal, rather than relying on soup or the microwave. It is well made and there is enough space for fruit or mince pies in the top. It also comes with a cable for heating the food in the car . Value for money.

Better than a microwave!
Excellent! Just needed to heat up soup at work, as microwave is broken. Heats food really well, not only soup. Very easy to use, easy to clean, perfect size for one person. I only take the container home and I leave the unit on my desk at work. Remember to unplug before eating, while eating, leave container in the unit , as it gets quite hot. I have a cork pot holder under unit, although the outside doesn’t get hot, only the container. The unit is plastic, but it looks durable, and the container itself doesn’t leak. Really pleased with this electric lunchbox. It is better than a microwave, as heats food evenly.
