It would be a great cushion for anyone who is not suffering from the different type of arthritis in their lower back, but my son likes it and he said it's very comfortable for him to set in

I bought the CloudBliss Seat Cushion for my office chair because I was promised heavenly comfort — like sitting on a cloud, floating through my workday like a peaceful little angel. Well… the cloud must’ve been cirrus, not cumulus, because my ass still hurts. Don’t get me wrong — it helped. A little. It’s definitely better than sitting on the “corporate torture device” I call an office chair. But after a full day of work? My butt cheeks are still filing HR complaints. The cushion is soft, squishy, and cute, but apparently my tailbone has standards it refuses to lower. Would I recommend it? Yes — but only if your expectations are realistic. Will it save your butt? Probably. Will it transform your chair into a marshmallow throne? Absolutely not. My ass is here to testify.

Love the seat piece. Don't love the back piece. Instantly alleviated all of my tail bone pain from the office chairs at work! The seat is very firm and flat - the bump in the front doesn't make me feel like I'm sitting on a bicycle seat. The cushion is soft around the edges of the cut out that it doesn't bother me at all. Even when sitting in a weird position. It stays in place very well and I haven't had to adjust it since I first put it on the chair! I do not like the back cushion at all. The curve sticks out too far and is too firm. Not a good solution for correcting sittung posture. I don't use this piece since it is awkward and uncomfortable to sit with.
