I was excited to try this product because one serving is 5g of fiber, which is a nice addition to my daily diet. I put one packet into about 9-10 ounces of water and used my milk frother to mix it. It immediately started to settle in the bottom of the glass. After a few stir and chugs, I was able to get it down, but it was not enjoyable. The smell is a bit earthy and stale, texture a bit gritty, you can taste something but it's not really discernable just not pleasant. Overall, it's like chugging a glass of sawdust water. I might try to mix it with something besides plain water next time, but I was really hoping for a different outcome with this after reading other reviews.

Great product and would have given it a five start. But my last two orders had more empty packages than full packages. I travel a lot for work that I do not have time for back and forth to have the product replaced and sending the others back.

Great way to take my prescribed fiber while away from home. Easy to open. Packages help up well in a backpack while in Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Package is sturdy and I had no issues with leakage. Highly recommend if you need daily fiber during the day while away from home.
