Nilfisk Excellent 170 Bar Pressure Washer - High Performance Power Washer for Patios and Car Cleaner (2300 W)

Amazing. opted for this model over the slightly smaller 160 and I'm so glad I did. This will last years and years. The motor is different from the one in the 160, quieter and obviously more powerful. It's made cleaning the cars super easy. I also cleaned my decking in no time at all. My last pressure washer was a cheapish black and decker 1500w and it took me ages to clean the decking going up and down a tiny bit at a time. I think the time I've already saved has covered the extra costs. And obviously don't bother with the yellow brand, they're made from cheese but come with a fancy advert.

This washer is built to last and heavy to transport around but it has no lack of power and brilliant for cleaning floors and using to wash the car. The additional snow foam bottle clips on easily and works a dream when adjusted. Im very happy with this purchase as feels a lot more build quality than other cheaper brands. The hose winder is excellent also and the reinforced hose is quality. Only negative is the on / off switch feels somewhat fragile but time will tell.

Great product and customer support. This is the 2nd Nilfisk washer I have bought over the years….after my experience with the first one I had it was a no-brainer to replace the much used/loved previous machine with this one. However, after only a handful of uses…for cleaning the patio but also, mainly, the car…I had a problem. The foam blaster unit became trapped in the handle. I guess something either snapped inside or somehow got damaged. They became forever locked together - making the whole thing useless. I emailed Nilfisk customer support. I had only had the machine a few months so it was still under warranty. Within a fortnight I had received a brand new handle and a brand new foam blaster unit. So…it’s back to business….

Well, having bought 2 Karchers in the past that didn’t last, thought it was about time to try something more robust, wind in hose when finished, all equipment stored neatly on unit, collapsing handle, neat little package when storing away. Powerfull water jet with different settings to suit all situations including snow foam adapter for washing the car, what a machine!!

Do not buy this product. Failed after less than 10 hours of gentle use in 11 months. Plastic connector hidden behind the apparently quality metal outer item has worn out. Warranty process is dire - needs a 50p part to repair a machine costing several hundred pounds. Complete failure to understand customer service - seem to regard the failure of their product as an inconvenience to them. 5 year warranty not worth the paper it is written on. Do not buy this product.

As a cleaner for paving, excellent. I use it with a patio head and it has much more power than my now deceased 2015 nilfisk. Also the new 3-way nozzle is really good.

This is second Nilfisk machine and it is much better to use with more power and grat program for gentle wash.
