No more pinging or engine run-on
This stuff actually works! With this product, I get better performance with "regular" gasoline (87 octane) then I do with "Super" gasoline (92 octane). When I factor in the higher cost of super gasoline over regular, it's actually cheaper to use this product with regular than to buy the higher octane fuel - and I get better performance.

Too small, no value
Lucas Oil Products 10930-24 Octane Booster, 126 fl. oz, 1 Pack 5-* from K M LOUIE on May 26, 2021 GET THE LARGER SIZE BOTTLES!! UGHH, I ordered the WRONG size, these are the 5.25 oz bottles!! COST Twice as high per oz!! :( AND NOT RETURNABLE!! FYI... read the fine, small PRINT and Do your calculations !! Lol

Here's the skinny
If where you live your octane rating tops out at 91 and if you're driving a turbocharged vehicle using coil packs with fuel injectors and spark plugs gapped at a narrow gap, then I suggest using an octane booster. I chased around for some time trying to figure out why I was getting the engine light. I replaced the charge pipe, and coilpacks. I was dreading replacing fuel injectors. The octane booster did the trick.

Cost per fluid ounce is more than twice than others, just FYI
Thought these were 15oz bottles... I've never seen this product in a 5.25 oz bottle...should have read the fine print and paid attention to the total ounces and had done the math. This item equates to about $1.06 per ounce where other vendors selling twelve 15oz bottles equates to about $0.48 per ounce.... just an FYI to potential buyers.

Cheaper than 91 octane
Bought these for my wife's Volvo XC90. Requires 91 octane. With the growing price differential between premium and plus, just switched to plus with one bottle in the tank each fill-up and have come out ahead $$. Inflation is no joke.

I like this product very much but the bottles were only a quarter of the size that I thought that they would be so they weren’t that good value for the price
