Everything they're cracked up to be!
These gloves are awesome, I ride my mountain bike 12 miles a day every day and it's my goal to do this for a year. For many years gloves have always been the most problematic of my winter gear, either warm enough but too bulky for effective gear shifting or your fingers become painfully numb after 20 minutes or so. I just got back from a hour and a half ride in 30°F freezing rain and my hands were as warm when I got back as when I started!!! The sizing runs a tad small, I wear X-Large and while they fit perfectly the next pair I'll order will be XX-Large to allow for liners when the temperature gets really frigid ( I've biked in -10F). Definitely the best cycling gloves I've ever bought.

Runs small so I had to send it back. Seemed to be a quality product otherwise but, of course, I have no real experience with it.

... around the base if the thumb but they work great for being out in 0 degree F weather all ...
Warm gor sure but they fit a little tight around the base if the thumb but they work great for being out in 0 degree F weather all day with moderate activity. And the reflective stripes make them easy to find in the dark.

Wam but NOT waterproof!
They are warm but not waterproof - Had a good rain last night (Seattle) - soaked all through and it will take them a lot of time to dry. Not sure why advertised as waterproof

Not Waterproof
Gloves are totally worthless for waterproof protection. When not raining, hands get wet from sweat since the gloves don't have any Breathability. With a light rain, they quickly become soaked inside with pockets of water and since it was 30 degrees out also became cold. I would hardly call them water resistant.

Sizing is ungenerous. Very warm and waterproof
Very warm and dry but very tight. I usually wear Sealskinz in XL. I had to go up to 2XL before I could get these on. They seem comfortable and are waterproof. The fleece is so warm in August that they are unbelievable for more than a few minutes. That bodes well for winter weather

Warmest Winter gloves I have bought.
The warmest winter gloves I have bought and if used quite a few, my hands have not got cold yet. I think they could accommodate a liner glove as well. I find them fine to use with STI levers, which I though might be a problem.

Warm Comfy
These look the part. They feel warm and well made and claim to be waterproof. I bought Large ones and they are a little tight on my hands which are medium (circumference of 21.5cm or 8.5in as per .glove.org/Modern/glovemeasure). The label says "Unisex Road" so they may be large for a female/smaller for a male. The "road" bit was a surprise as I'm going MTB with them.I've not tried them out yet and will add more info when they've been put to the test.Made in China which is a shame as Sealskinz claim to be a "great british company" but then I suppose everything is nowadaysI've used them for a month now and they are really warm. THEY ARE TOO SMALL THOUGH and are hard to get back on once you've got muddy hands fixing a puncture. As I said buy larger than you think and you should be OK,

... hands lovely and warm even in freezing conditions (not bad considering I have Reynaud's)
Seemed a bit tight to begin with but have softened off and keep my hands lovely and warm even in freezing conditions (not bad considering I have Reynaud's). If they were less prices I would have set for every occasion because even skiing gloves don't stop my hands going blue. But these do.

Very good but not perfect
Very warm and so far waterproof. A bit clumsy. Inner can pull out a bit, but not to the extent they are ruined (so far). Came up a bit small, as they are xl there is nowhere for me to go.
