Work Better than anything else out there
These are hand down the best out there. Don't be fooled by gimmicks, "fun" flavors and tiktok popularity. These are science and work better than everything I've ever tried. I work long hours in the hot sun and whenever I take one in the middle or end of a long day I can really feel the difference. But not just that on long haul travel, days at the beach or after a night if little too much drinking. They never fail, they make you feel hydrated and normal again, can't say that about anything else I've tried, and believe me I've tried many of them. I do wish i could buy these at a store, the powder quality is inconsistent when being stored in a big warehouse or wherever they come from through Amazon. They still work even if the powder looks a bit funky or comply, just have to stir it in a bit more than usual. Otherwise they're great!!

Made it to Everest Base Camp in Nepal with these!
It takes 7 to 9 days to hike to Everest Base Camp in Nepal and then 3 days to hike back down. Base camp is 17,500 feet and altitude sickness is a real threat. I knew the hike would be intense and that I would need some sort of electrolyte product to help keep me hydrated, replace the electrolytes I was losing, and fight off altitude sickness. The RecoverORS packets did the trick better than I ever imagined! Before the trip, I tried other electrolyte products (Gaterade, NUUN, and OSMO hydration), but I didn't like the taste and they just didn't seem to help all that much. After a lot of research I stumbled across RecoverORS. I know it doesn't specifically say "for hiking and altitude sickness" but it did mentioned "extreme sports" so I decided to give them a try. Every day on the base camp trek, I would mix two packets in my 1 liter (32 oz) Nalgene bottle every morning and than again in the afternoon. I drank 1 liter of RecoverORS and 1 liter of water before noon and then did the same in the afternoon. At that altitude and with the type of hiking we were doing, staying hydrated is so important and makes all the difference in the world. I made it to Base Camp and have used RecoverORS again doing the 26 miles Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru and in all of my training hikes. I like the taste and I like how it makes me feel. It's definitely worth trying!

Disappointed that they now add sugar
I’ve had a subscription for nearly a decade. I’d even traded emails with the company early on having been excited to find it and so pleased with how quickly it helped with cramps if I’d become dehydrated. Recently it seems the formula has been changed, it now contains sugar, doesn’t help with my leg cramps, I can’t open the package without scissors (which means I can’t just throw some in my bag and go) and the taste isn’t as good. They tried to fix what wasn’t broken and failed. I’m so disappointed and I hope they remove the sugar. Until then, I’ve canceled my subscription and am searching for another sugar free product.

Works wonders for hangovers
I work a lot, but I also like to drink, and unwind with a few (or several) glasses of wine. Sometimes I'll have something too important to do the following day to be hungover, or even if I don't have anything to do, I just want to feel good! Anyways I've tried a number of different hangover "cures", from B vitamins, to coconut water, electrolyte tablets, Pedialyte, etc, and I must say that RecoverORS works like magic. Pedialyte probably works equally as well, but the bottles are very expensive to be drinking on a regular basis, and RecoverORS taste a bit better and is easy to bring with for travel. I drink one right before going to bed, and when I wake up and roll over in bed I expect the headache to hit me, and it just isn't there! If I'm still not feeling 100% percent, I may drink another satchel in the AM, but I generally don't need one.

Great for Bikram Yoga
I started doing Bikram again after a 3 year lay off. For those unfamiliar, it is a 90 minute yoga class in a room heated to 105 F and 40% humidity. You sweat a lot and by that I mean ridiculous amounts of sweat. I normally go through 1 liter of water in class and 1 liter right after class. Normally I mix in coconut water and Emergen-C packs. They help but I was still feeling like I was drained after classes. I needed something more. So after some research I tried these and I can definitely say that I have taken them after two classes which I did 2 days in a row. They really made a difference. Normally I would feel tired and lethargic, but when I took these the feeling was significantly mitigated. Regardless to say I am a convert and will be taking one after every class. Regarding taste they are OK, don't expect Gatorade type quality but it is easy to chug down with some water. I wish they had a non-artificial sweetener version. I know stevia is considered natural, but it still tastes artificial to me. Bottom line, if they can help after working out in a 105 F room for 1.5 hours then it is safe to say they work. Better than coconut water and better than sports drinks.

Better than Gatorade and much faster recovery from a virus!
The taste wasn't great and it felt a little slippery, BUT it was lightyears better than Gatorade. I had the worst stomach virus I've ever experienced. It lasted about 10 days with 5 unrelenting days of the usual symptoms. I couldn't eat and lost 8 pounds in 4 days. The dehydration made it sooo much worse. I had RecoverORS delivered overnight on day 5 and it was well worth it! I was still sick but had far more energy and could do more that lay limply on the sofa. I drank it about 4x per day for 5 days and it definitely helped me recover faster. I had been so sick and wasted I was afraid it would take a month to feel 100%. Instead, I was back to full energy about 5 days after starting. I will have this in my house forever now and recommend it to friends!
