Great product
Great product. We whip it to replace eggwhites in baking.

Great for baking!
For many years I've been getting my aquafaba by getting the water from cans of chickpeas. I am pleased to find that there's a dry powder version! It works just as well as the aquafaba from canned chickpeas but without the hassle of figuring out what to make out of an over abundance of the leftover chickpeas.

Just don’t!
Not like egg whites for drinks at all. Did not foam and turned the drink a muddy brown color with an off taste.

Good flavor
Bought this for a friend who got into making Pisco sours. We made the drink side by side with egg whites and aquafaba. Aquafaba won out. Found this product and the taste was spot on for the drink. Nice to be able to make this drink in a pinch.
