I have went thru several brands and these seem to work the best. Sharp durable blade helps make trimming quick. The item was exactly as described. I have two small Havanese dogs (17 and 19 lbs) and wasn’t sure which size to order, but these worked perfectly for both. The safety back plate is a great feature and made me feel much more confident trimming their nails without worrying about cutting too short or hurting them. The clippers are very sharp, so only light pressure is needed, which makes the process quick and easy. Overall, a great buy at a great price, and shipping was fast.

I love this product second one i buy easy to use and great quality, great value for the money. You don't need a battery and it makes no noise and regarding speed is good. I like that it has a latch or stopper where you can put your dogs nails to prevent cutting beyond were you can make them bleed. My dogs are squeamish but with this nail cutter I'm able to cut their nails with ease and not scared of cutting their nails to far to male them bleed.

These are perfect nail cutters for smaller dogs. They worked great on my dog and they were a good value

This is more likely for dogs and not cats. Clippers are too big for my cat, I get nervous to use them but I did it anyways and probably won’t use it, just only strictly for my dog. Or maybe it could just be me for seeing a clipper so big for my cat small paws 😅 but they cut good so far.

Worked really well! I used it on my kittens, but personally didn’t put the tip of their nails against the back portion. Since they’re smaller, that would’ve definitely cut to far. Overall the blade was really sharp and easy to use.

My 16 year old whippet would never leave me trim his nails, instead I have to take him to the groomers just for nails! It cost me $18 each time, it adds up. He has had sone health issues and he is quite skinny at the moment and he needed a trim, but I was a bit too conscious about the looks at him he would get there, where they know him, he is doing treat considering a week ago I thought he was going to leave us anytime. This situation prompted me to purchase this cutter. Today my son held him and I used the clippers on him. The attachment at the back helped me enormously to gauge myself and I cut all 10 front ones and a couple from the hind legs. One of them bled a tad, but after applying some corn flour it stopped. Nice and sharp, easy to go through his tough nails, some needed a bit more pressure though. Overall, I’m thrilled with the purchase!
