This is a life changer. Wish I would have had this massager years back. I suffer from neck pain after 3 disketomies.

I bought this hoping I could use it to help with back pain. It arrived very quick. Instructions say it requires 6 hours of charging before use. I charged and waited the 6 hours. Unfortunately after the 6 hours nothing. It would not turn on battery was completely drained. I tried charging it longer and still nothing. I submit for an exchange and the exchange came the next day. Unfortunately, The exact same thing happened. Very disappointed and I have since returned both and bought another brand.

After exactly 5 months, it won’t turn on, as if there is no power even after charging overnight, completely dark, dead. It worked great while it worked, but quit too soon. The manufacture warranty says one year, but there is no contact information how to reach to the manufacture, no phone#, no address, website, email etc.I called Amazon Customer Service. An agent promised to provide information on how to reach manufacture for the one year warranty. I have been waiting, it’s been 4 days, still no word. It’s a disappointment. 3 star is generous for now.

The media could not be loaded. After reading many positive reviews online and I have to say I'm very impressed. It's easy to use, has multiple attachments and speeds, and really helps to relieve my sore muscles and tension. I use it every day after work and it feels like having a personal masseuse at home. It's also very quiet and portable, so I can take it with me when I travel. The case is sturdy with duo zipeprs.The only downside is that it's a bit heavy, so inhold it more feom the top to better distribute the weight for me. It is very affordable and worth the investment for the quality and durability. It also comes with a nice carrying case and a long-lasting battery. The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing massager! The price of this particular massager is a quarter of the cost of higher ends ones that I've used. Yet it performs just as good! I also love the heads that come with this massager you get quite a variety in comparison. The half circle ones are my particular favorite for doing your legs or arms if you're using this massager due to workout strain. It's got a very nice battery life and is fully displayed you just have to remember to turn it off at the bottom when you're done using it. It comes in a very nice case that holds all the heads and the charger. I also like the long handle so you can reach your back all on your own if you don't have a partner to help. Overall everything about this massager is extremely well made and has a nice powerful massage on level 20. And level one is very light and should be manageable for just about anybody. I only say this as I like a stronger massage where my sister's like lower level massages. With this range it's really will be good for anybody. Highly recommended!

Love the massager, however just past the return time the massager will not power on. Light indicator shows fully charged. Seems to be an issue with the on/off switch. Doesn’t move to full off or on. It wll click both ways but will not power on. Sad bc I loved it when it worked

Brand new out of the box, fully charged, does NOT work!!
