Good quality value for money and taste fine to me mixed with warm water, going to try a few recipes to see which is best.

These are dark green tablets with a flavour to match. It's too early to say if they have the desired effect on my metabolism etc. My main concern is the number of tablets I am instructed to take - 6 to 10 per day! That's on top of the other pills and tablets I must take, for medical reasons. When this pack is finished, I may try it in powder form. I could add it to a smoothy, perhaps, or stir it into miso soup. Having just said that, I could probably pulverise 6 - 10 tablets in a mortar, and use it in powder form that way. I haven't made up my mind yet.

Not sure what to say about it really, it’s spirulina, an acquired taste, but I put it in my daily smoothie for the benefits and I regularly buy this brand.

Personally ive not seen no effects with taking these and just feel it was a waste of money

Diese Spirulinas, und auch die Chlorella von diesem Anbieter, sind wohl mit die besten auf dem Markt. Preislich nicht herausragend, aber dennoch eine gute Wahl. Alleine das "Bio", also keine Dünger und ggf. Antischädlingsmittel, heben sich schon von nicht-bio Produkten ab. Inhaltsstoffe sind top, nur Chlorella hat nochmal doppelt soviel Chlorophyll. Wenn ich es mir dauerhaft leisten könnte würde ich ausschließlich dieses Produkt hier nehmen, Empfehlung! Wer die Alge nur untermischen möchte z.b in Shakes sollte Pulver nehmen, kommt auch günstiger dann. Tabs sind mehr für "standalone" zum so einnehmen.

Le mois dernier ma pousse de cheveux stagnait et de temps en temps je fais une cure. Ce mois passé j'ai fait spiruline + vitamines du groupe b et j'ai pris 3cm en un mois. Les ongmes sont aussi plus longs et plus durs au bout de 15jours. Cote cheveux je me suis rendue compte de la pousse ma deuxieme semaine car ils etaient plus longs dans le dos. Et ils sont aussi plus epais . Pas d'effet cote poil donc ca va

Very dark green, tastes good, I put it in shakes. Juices and water combo, hot tea.. feel I'm getting good stuff in me without eating a whole garden!
