Good quality product. I use daily, tablespoon with about 8 oz of water. very beneficial to my health, I believe it has helped with my A1C, energy levels are better. The only issue is when they ship the product, they do not package it as fragile. i have had to have product replaced twice and replaced or refunded because of damaged glass bottles or cracked plastic tops.

Will forever use

This just arrived yesterday so I have not even opened the bottle yet. It is as described however.

This is a miracle oil and will help your body. You’ll get a bit of energy more focused and you’ll definitely notice a difference. If you’re a bit sensitive, I am very spiritual and this oil is really great for strength focus and mental clarity. Plus my hair skin look amazing.

Kiva seems unavailable now, that's a shame, because this is without exaggerating probably the best quality black seed oil I've found in 30 years of using black seed oil. Sweet Sunnah is also high quality and the second best Amazing Herbs is pretty good too. But Kiva really seemed to work well and be good quality.I ordered extra bottles over the years so have a couple left, if they don't re-stock on Amazon I'll look for sweet sunnah or amazing herbs, both of which are also good brands.

This product tastes so gross! It's like castor oil in the front and black pepper as an after thought. I'm not able to take it enough to find any benefit here and it is so oily that it really can't be mixed with anything to make it better. Maybe if you don't have a very sensitive pallet or the idea of peppery castor oil sounds appealing to you, then you might like this. I just can't stomach it.
