Awesome alternative to buying retail! Same quality. Bought it a few times. Works great for the fire ants in Hawaii, plus it kills centipedes and most pests. Don’t work on those little roaches though. They seem resilient.

It works. I am a person who tries to do the environmentally right thing, but reached my tipping point when it came to the recent invasion of Asian beetles. They have been relentless. One day I was whining about this, and a friend suggested I try Tempo as it had worked for her. I read everything I could about it. It claimed to be safe, but so have other pesticides and that turned out to be not exactly the truth, so here is what I would recommend. First of all, read and follow the directions exactly. Take all precautions. The reading is easier said than done as the printing is quite small, but there are also Youtube videos which I found to be helpful. Watch a few. The container was smaller than I expected, but once it is mixed, it makes quite a bit, so the cost is worth it. This brings me to the little container attached to the side of the big container. Why would they do this? Well, after you use what is in the small container, you simply squeeze the large container and the liquid flows into the small one via an inside hose to give you an exact measurement. Kudos to whoever thought this idea up. It helps to avoid any possible spills. Anyway, per directions, I chose a warmer, sunny day with no breeze and with no imminent rain in the forecast to apply as it must have time to dry. I opted to only do the outside perimeter of the house and garage. Be mindful of plants as this spray is toxic to bees. The directions say it can be used indoors as well, but I just vacuumed up those that had managed to get into the house and disposed of them. Once the spray is dry, the directions say it's safe for all. However, I would suggest erring on the side of caution if I had kids and/or pets around. Directions also say it is very toxic for fish in aquariums. Within hours of the application, there was a noticeable reduction of Asian beetles and box elder bugs as well. Within two days, they were gone. Vanished, except for a few dead ones lying around. As far as longevity goes, I'm not sure. Right now the weather has been cooler, but we may get a few more days of warm weather before winter sets in. We'll see what happens.

This is a great product. A friend turned me onto using this around the home. Easy to mix up, use and this stuff really works great. A little bit will go along way and a bottle will last several years. I was skeptical and asked the professional exterminator about it he asked what I was using and I showed him the bottle he read the ingredients and said “yup that’s what we use too” I don’t notice any bugs in between spraying once a season. Great value for the money.

Keeps all kind of insects out of the house. Spray around the base of the house and it kills any insect that crawls up the side. It also works against wasps nests hanging fron the gutters.

Does work, kills all the spiders on my porches. However at about a months time, they are coming back. I dont think the residue is strong enough to prevent reoccurrence.

We have been using Tempo for about 5 years. We love how it works. It is concentrated so it last a while as well. We just mix as per directions in a sprayer and spray inside and out. Safe for adults kids and pets.

This stuff is great, once it dries its safe for my pets and gets rid of most bugs including ants. It lasts a long time. I usually only apply it once maybe twice through the warmer months.

A must have. It works super well.
