Really seems to work very well. Very pleased so far. Per AI this variety is much easier on my liver. I really like the taste as well, like a good bit of lemon or some critic acid in the water, which I like and use. Some folks thought it mentioned it being better but I found it to be pleasantly sour.

if your doing a keto diet or carnivore diet, and you have gone out to eat, and of course you are always going off your diet if you go out to eat because of the hidden garbage in it. These will bring your ketones back to the right level. You may think their little expensive but ketones are expensive. Wish they weren't, but I always have a box around.

This works great and tastes great. I use half a packet mixed with raspberry powder ketones in a can, and my ketones go up, yay! And the tart helps cut the oversweet of the raspberry.

This was an OK product but frankly not worth the price. (I love real lemon flavor but this is simply too tart… made me want to add sugar!) More importantly, I didn’t feel or see any improvement & I had been doing carnivore for a month prior to usage.

These work like charm! I measured my ketones in the morning with Ketosens meter (~0.4) and after drinking this I repeated the test an hour later. My ketones level almost doubled (0.7)! I drank another one and waited another hour to test and once again my ketones level doubled (1.4). I am very happy with my purchase. They are a bit pricey and wish they will be cheaper so I can use them more.
