I ordered size 12 of this shoe as the style and the burgundy color looked appealing, but the fit was tight. The pair is well designed, although it was very lightweight and felt like something that may crease after the initial wear. I commend the seller for their prompt response to my questions and for providing a size (13) in a different style. I had hoped to purchase this pair but was disappointed with their refund policy. It has been over 3weeks since they acknowledged receipt of my return but will not process a refund until after 30 days, despite posting this note: “refund processed 2-3 days” on the account. I find this to be deceptive and their process to be an anomaly in today's high-tech retail process. Keep this in mind before you patronize them; at least know what to expect should their product fail to meet your expectations!
