last purchased 24 Nov 2024 and still like new Dec 2026, no failed leds, just perfect. Ive wasted so much on cheaper brands. Govee set the standard. Cheape ones after a short while seemed like only 1 RGB in areas worked usually red worked for some reason and others randomly failed. The quality, the thickness of govee really sets it apart. Ive actually got 3 sets of these as my brother bought me a set for Christmas last year as well and all are perfect. One set I think I got 2 years ago. Fantastic product

These lights are so good. I’ve put them around the garden and they look great. They change colour and do lots of different scenes. They have lasted through a really wet season and were good value for money. I’ve bought 2 lots now for the garden and I’m trying to work out where to put a third. Great addition to the garden and really functional.

Absolutely brilliant set of lights. I bought some cheaper ones to start with and had to return them after 1st day due to water ingress. I was then looking for some other lights and found those. Amazing settings for the lights. Very good app to mess about with the settings. No remote control but it doesn't matter as they usually wast of time anyway and like I say the app is brilliant. Looks like they are very good quality and hopefully will withstand the weather. Should do by looking at them and compering to the other ones which I had to return. Also they have plenty of good fixings clips and also they are backed by 3m tape which is also strong. I definitely recommend them

This is my second set, so I obviously like them and there are pretty awesome when placed under the eaves of the house and garage to provide mood lighting. The app works well and the different options and animations look great. Installation is relatively easy although it would help if they provided a longer lead for the power supply - it is pretty long, but when you are installing outside you may not always have a power socket close by! So this should definitely be 5*, but lets itself down by penny pinching with a few screws. The clips that hold the lights up (and take the strain from the adhesive) work well, but the screws they provide have been made out of a strange silver marzipan like substance. As soon as ANY torque is put into them even with a hand screwdriver, they collapse quicker than a premier league footballer close to the penalty area. I don't think I have ever encountered screws made out of such soft metal. So if you are going to buy these, please don't frustrate yourself using the provided screws - use your own. Seriously, buy your own. I struggled with the first lot and decided I would try their screws on the second as the first batch must have been a manufacturing error. But no. The second batch were useless as well. Come on Govee - the lights are awesome but please spend an extra few pennies on some screws that you can actually screw!

These are incredible. They're so effective and they have hundreds of modes to choose from. Also DIY set up to make your own patterns. As shown on.my video, I got three set of these to go on my house edges. I was so impressed I bought a fourth, for next year, to replace the gutter lights. They're quite easy to put up. For majority of it, I used the supplied clips and attached them to the wall using a glue gun. Area of the wall that were too moist I used the supplied fixings and they worked well. Using the supplied kit ensures a really secure fit, and makes it look very neat. The lights are incredible resilient and weather resistant. They're entirely encased in silicone. These will last me absolutely years and I feel a worthwhile investment. I love the amount of power cordage it comes with, it makes it a lot easier to place these as the length enables good distance between the lights and power source. The functions are incredible. There's so many to choose from. When I have the tip of my house with these next year I'll be a lot more adventurous. But this year I need them to match the gutter lamps, I created this pattern using the DIY mode and I think it looks super pretty. The app is very simple to use. Very easy to set up the lights to the app. The app is intuitive to navigate and operate. These can be set up with a timer. Also when powered off and on at the wall, they retain the last mode.
