Worth Every Penny!
I normally don't spend a lot of time on reviews, but I know when I was shopping for riding jeans I could have used some advice before spending this type of money. I am going to tell you the sizing chart is spot on, the jeans are way better than I expected, and I know the protection between a standard pair of jeans and these are miles apart. knee pads and hip pads fit perfectly inside the jean and offer great protection. If you are in the market for riding jeans and want something worthy of your hard earned money then buy these. I was worried until I got them on and took a long ride. Impressive is all I can say and will probably buy the blue ones as well.

Great pants
I really like the pants, This style and the other one. The mesh is really nice for summer riding. And knee pads are great at my age. Much easier to kneel on knees to work on bike. The lining is comfortable.

Love this jeans! Will definitely come back for more styles!
I normaly don't write a product review, but this time I had to! Usually I dont buy clothing online, especially in that price tag, as I don't really know what quality would I get. I took a chance with this one, especially cus I dont live in the states, and to reship it is not an option because of the shipping and taxes prices. I'm super happy!! The Jean's ar top quality you can expect! Looks amazing! Slim fit and fashionable! And they fits perfectly! The quality of the protection is top notch as well.. Is short, perfect motorcycle jeans, that you can also wear to your local pub.

Feeling protected and they are quite stylish.
They look good and I do feel protected, they are a little pricey and heavier than regular jeans but I guess it is what it is, I will be purchasing other colors.

NOT durable
Picture is AFTER I took the pants to the tailor to reinforce the seams falling apart (for $60 mind you, working on pants like these is not cheap/easy). I've worn these pants 6-7 months and there's already a hole so big that I can't wear them without risking ripping them something awful (it looks like a buttonhole next to my finger in pic). I do ride a lot, as it's my main means of transportation- but my MUCH cheaper Levi's jeans have outlasted these by YEARS (honestly don't know why, these Maxler jeans are 14oz denim and the Levis I have are probably 10oz). I spent an initial 200$ on these pants, and another 120$ on tailoring (the waist needed to be taken in, and again to attempt to reinforce the seams). I felt okay with spending this kind of money on tailoring because I thought expensive brand name jeans built specifically for riders would last longer than 6 months. Now I'm out $300 for a pair of jeans that couldn't even make it half a year?! The only purpose I see for pants like these is if you don't actually ride much (more of a weekend warrior) and you genuinely just like the aesthetic of the pants. The fit was awful (tight in thighs, super loose in waist, armor provided doesn't fit in pants right) and durability is obviously non existent- but I do enjoy the aesthetic of these pants, which make me even more upset that they just turned out to be trash. I would buy these pants again if they were $30-$50 and just forego the "armor"- but at $200 these are outlandishly overpriced for the quality that you get.

Not enough ventilation and too heavy to be called 'summer' pants.
I bought these thinking they would be cool to wear - they are called SUMMER pants in the description. They are thick and heavy and hot. The 'mesh' is a nylon material but it is not any type of mesh that lets the wind through even with the zippers open. Don't get me wrong, I like the fit and the armor is good quality but I really didn't need another pair of riding pants of this weight. They ARE good pants and I'm keeping them but I wouldn't called them summer pants by any stretch of the imagination. Guess I'll stick with my old Olympia Airglides for the hot riding weather and save these for the fall.

Very comfortable
I was nervous about the price on these pants. But the quality, included pads and access venting on legs is great. The size is true to normal American sizing. 32 is a 32 inch waist. Anything that is going to keep you safe on a motorcycle is going to cost and WHY scrimp on the ESSENTIALS? Would you buy a cheap helmet or a cheap tires? Probably not, so take that into consideration when you look at the price. Enjoy and be safe out there!

Honestly these are just too fitted!
These pants are just ok unless you enjoy wearing skinny jeans! I bought a size 32 a little bit loose around the waist but perfect with a belt, I bought the perfect size for my waist but their fitted everywhere else so for me that makes wearing these too uncomfortable compared to my regular pants. They do tend too be a bit long but again, it's something I prefer...still waiting on my boots to see how much they rise up but I can always fold in or tailor them if I chose...much better then them being short! Material seems heavy duty and it's also soft and kind of elastic or flexible feeling in a good way and the color is a nice deep black. Haven't wore them for riding yet but all in all they seem like a great pair of pants especially for $178 bucks. Don't get if you like baggy pants! After a month or so these pants are just too fitted and tight on the legs and calfs I prefer my pants to be a bit more baggy and because of that I'm taking 2 stars away. I also had to hem up the bottom because they were to long so that was extra I shouldn't have to spend on. All in all there ok but not recommended because of their fit I don't really enjoy wearing them!
