I've tried a few standard probiotics from other companies and saw either inconsistent or ineffective results, but I can confidently say that this is the only one that has ever worked for me. It has worked so well that I don't see myself needing myself to get it again. They were easy to swallow despite their average size. Though one of the capsules had split, and the inside had covered the rest of the pills, it was easy to brush off and it didn't affect the integrity of the others. Definitely worth the money. **Warning: Bowel related discussion/symptoms below** My problem used to be that I had bowel movements immediately after eating which was generally unpleasant and worrying. But after no more than two days of starting this that problem stopped altogether. I will say that I did not need to take two a day as the dosage suggests after the initial week as it was quite strong - one a day was just fine. It did cause less frequent movements but I would not say it was constipation. Nearly two months coming off it and I'm still just fine.

One of the best. Especially if you hv been or are on antibiotics. Keep it simple, one a day

Not good writing stuff but I feel these are the best I've tried and I've tried a few ! Easy to swallow for me because I cannot find some so small with all these ingredients.
