I recently bought a cheap 50ft PVC flexible hose with a 7-function spray nozzle. It was awful; it leaked at every connection, with water spraying out everywhere at every point. Needless to say, it was soon returned. Whilst looking for a much better quality one, I came across this one. The reviews were mainly very positive. This hose is excellent, not the slightest leak of water anywhere, including (unlike some other reviews), none from the spray nozzle itself. One reviewer said that the spray nozzle wasn't very good, but he bought it for the hose quality and replaced the nozzle with his own. I can only say that he must have had a very good one. I found the nozzle to be fine and very comfortable to use. With eight patterns that should suit every requirement. The jet reaches the end of my garden. And the valve shut-off lever, much more convenient than a trigger method. Having said that, the quality of the nozzle itself doesn't match up to that of the hose and fittings, which are of excellent quality. I was in Stainless Steel Machine Parts and Fasteners Supply for several years, and the quality of these fittings is top notch, made to very close tolerances and very solid. The hose is heavier than the previous PVC ones that I have had in past. But that isn't a bad thing, it isn't too heavy, and the robustness of the hose far outweighs (no pun intended!) the difference. It doesn't tangle or get kinked. I bought the 22 metre one, and at £53.54, it was more expensive than I would have liked to pay. But having seen and now used it, I am very happy with it. It was honestly worth every penny. I have no pros and cons, overall, I am very pleased with the design and quality. However, there are a couple of areas that they could improve in the manufacture of this product. I would like to see the spray nozzle made to a much higher spec, to match the quality of the fittings and hose. And I would prefer that they had used a much higher corrosion-resistant (and much higher priced!) 316 (A4) Stainless Steel in place of the much lower spec 304 (A2) material (because of this, I will ensure that the hose is brought inside during the winter months). For those two improvements, I would gladly pay more to cover the extra production costs. That would make this the perfect hose. As a footnote, I would also agree with those who said the pressure in this hose is lower than a lot of other hoses, I would say it is around 10% less. I am not looking to use this to clean my patio, and the pressure is enough to serve my gardening needs

After so many punctured hose pipes I decided to try a metal / stainless steel one. I needed a long hose so searched for a 100ft one. Having spent lots of time going through the various brands on Amazon that were 100ft long, there appeared to be one clear winner - this FitLife 100ft metal hose. The main difference between this brand other brands are the ends / connections. These ends are solid robust metal, not plastic like others. They also fit to UK connections without an adapter. There are multiple added washers too which is great. Having done all of the research, bought the hosepipe then used for over a year, it has proved to be 'exactly what it says on the tin'. It is so easy to use, it's not heavy to pull and it moves smoothly without any chance of tangling. It is extremely strong so no issues with punctures. It doesn't leak and there is no damage from the heat of the sun. It is still as good as the day I bought it and I use it most days through spring to autumn. I don't think I'll ever need another hose! It's not often that I find a product that exceeds all expectations but this one has. I'm sure the other stainless steal hosepipes are as strong in terms of punctures, do not tangle and offer smooth use - but the end connections are plastic as far as I can see where this one is rust free metal so will last far longer.

I have had many different hosepipes in the past, trying without success to find something that was high quality, didn’t drip, didn’t kink, coiled easily and didn’t take forever to fill a bucket. I HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT, this hosepipe is brilliant. There is no leakage at all at either the tap or the nozzle end. The nozzle itself is excellent and only slight restricts the water flow, filling a bucket much faster than any other nozzle I have tried. It is sturdy with a flip over water stop that works perfectly. I have the 30 m length and it coils up neatly in a large bucket so that I only need to pull out the length of hose required. The pipe itself does look very much like a shower hose but is very flexible AND IT REALLY DOESN’T KINK. I bought this when it was on offer and paid about £40 for it but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy one again even at full price, it’s worth every penny. Highly recommended

The quality seems very good all round. The gun is the best I've ever had. Like the patterns and how much water comes out is really powerful. The jet is like a pressure washer almost. The trigger at the rear is a lever which I was dubious about, but it just takes a flick of the thumb to turn on and off. Really simple and easy and takes no strength because you don't have to hold anything down. Noticed that the gun end was leaking a little (just a bit running down the hose). Nothing to worry about. Might just be a bit of debris around the rubber seal. They give you a back of spare rubber O rings and seals which I may try. It doesn't take much to make anything leak as I have a really high pressure water system so it's a miracle if there's no leaks in anything I put on it. I even had to buy a PRV for my bathroom as it made the taps make a horrible noise. Time will tell how the steel hose holds up. Once it's full of water it can be a little heavy but it's easy to handle, doesn't get caught up or kink or do the annoying stuff of twisting like PVC ones do, or splitting open like the expandable ones do. As soon as this leaks badly I will be back here to update my review. In winter I will still put it in my shed as frost doesn't like plastic, rubber seals, or even stainless steel (which is not totally immune to rusting)

I gave this hose 5 stars....but does not mean that everyone should buy it. Pros: Extremely lightweight and very easy to manage!!! These are extreme pluses...the sprayer is nice...not my favorite...but seems well built and serves its purpose. The hose seems very durable but I have only used it twice. The fittings are very nice...they seem like good quality and are very easy to use... Cons: I definitely should have bought the 50'ft hose instead of the 25'ft...my yard is small...but the hose is not the sufficient length...not the sellers fault...my own miss calculation... The hose diameter is half the size of a normal hose, so even with the tap turned on full, the pressure isn't as good as a regular hose...more for patio or container gardening As long as you purchase this for the right application you will be happy....if you are hoping it will perform pressure wise as a regular garden hose, you will be disappointed...

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the best hose I have ever owned. It never kinks up, is extremely strong, doesn't compress blocking water flow if you accidentally stand on it, is very tough, and slides along the ground easily. I liked these so much that this is my second hose from this company. Very high build quality, super flexible, weighs less than equivalent heavy-duty rubber hoses, and is designed extremely well. The connections are robust and well made and the nozzle has all kinds of different settings making it a joy to use. I just wish I had found these hoses sooner as they have made my work in the garden so much easier.

This stainless steel hose is just what we have been wanting for a long time but had bad luck with other types of light weight hoses . After reading some good reviews on this product we took the chance and ordered the 75 foot hose. First impression was very positive , it looked and felt very professionally made and it came with a very nice spray head with numerous options from jet to gentle spray and had a very nice thumb operated volume control. We hooked it up to our outside water tap and gave it a go. Very impressed right from the start with the light weight and how easy it was to move around with no kinking at all. The water flow was still pretty good despite the narrower diameter but still enough to work out sprinkler. My wife loves it because it is so much easier for her to use compared to the big heavy rubber hose that kinked a lot and was hard to hang up after use. We like it so much that we have just ordered another one. It's so easy to put away it will easily fit into a small 3 gallon bucket.
