Wall Control Pegboard 32in x 16in Galvanized Metal Pegboard Tool Board Panel

Can't say enough good things. This is the best pegboard system anywhere. Their own hooks work very well, BUT you can use standard pegboard accessories too! It's magnetic TOO. Comes in some striking colors. We used it in my son's bedroom for school work and art supplies.

This is additional pegboard to add to what I already have mounted on the garage walls. The Wall Control pegboard is the Cadillac of pegboards and makes all traditional pegboard outdated. It is easier to use and much stronger than traditional pegboard. The accessories are better than the traditional ones, and these accessories are more secure than round hole pegboard accessories. I don't expect to ever buy another piece of traditional pegboard.

Just what I needed for my garage. Mounts quickly and securely. I have two of these side-by-side, and I’m able to use the pegs for hanging tools and cables. I spray painted mine to give them a little color, but they work just fine as they are

I love these. A permanent solution for a hanging system. I've got a smallish house with no garage. Now, instead of things in piles and difficult to find, they're all on a wall in my utility room. I had room for 3 of the 16 x 32 panels, and it's a beautiful thing....

In my workshop, I have a large wall of the more traditional pegboard made of compressed hardboard. It works fine, but I saw a metal pegboard at an expo and decided that I wanted to try it. Obviously, the holes are sized and spaced the same as on conventional pegboard to allow any of the same pronged tool holders to work with it. One advantage of this Wall Control metal pegboard is that it's stronger than conventional pegboard and the hole edges won't fray over time. Another plus is the easy installation. Unlike conventional pegboard that requires some additional framing or pieces to offset it from the wall, the Wall Control pegboard surface is designed to set about 3/4 inch from the wall to allow space for the pegs and hooks to slide in. My favorite difference in the metal pegboards, though, is the ability to use magnets with them. I have several oddly-shaped tools that don't easily fit into any of the available tool-holder hooks available. So, for these odd tools, I placed some strong neodymium magnets *behind* the metal pegboard. This way, I can easily place the tool against that area on the pegboard and the magnetic attraction from behind grabs the tool (obviously only works on metal tools). Another plus is that I can stick notes, design ideas, etc. up on the metal boards easily with magnets. The Wall Control Pegboards work best with 1/4" pegs and hooks. The 1/8" ones will fit, but they don't hold as securely since they're a looser fit. There are also "slots" on these metal pegboards which will fit the specific slotted hooks made by Wall Control. This will only work, of course, if you mount them vertically (with slots going up/down). I ordered two of these pegboards, but installed them horizontally end-to-end above a tall workstation, so the slots are of no use to me. Installation was easy and mounting hardware was included. There wasn't a wall stud available for a couple of the ends of mine, so I simply used the included optional mollies in the wall to screw into. The pegboard comes in lots of bright colors, but I chose the glossy black finish for mine.

Easy to install. Like that you can use Wall Control or traditional hooks and accessories. I bought this extra panel to go with the first three I bought in a kit. Measurements don’t lie but the pictures make the 3 panel kit look a little bigger. My only gripes are that the area around a couple of the mounting holes was bent from shipping. Easy fix though. Got galvanized because I thought it would be more durable, but it scratches a little easier than I thought it would. still trying to get it organized.

Very pleased with this product. Steel is strong, and the finish looks great. I was able to secure it to the wall in less than 10 minutes. I used the anchors, due to mounting it horizontally verse vertical. Looks great it work area. Would recommend this product.

Four of these panels plus the accessory kit and my workbench wall is now well-organized! One panel was a little bent near one corner, probably a mishap in shipping, but not enough that I couldn't just bend it back and everything works perfectly. It takes a little while to figure out how to lay out your hooks, shelves, etc. and once you have a layout you like you'll want to bend the adjustment tabs on the pieces so they fit snugly to the wall panel and don't pop off when you remove your tools. I recommend the kit that comes with a bunch of accessories. I didn't know if I would like the selection it comes with but it turns out that it was a well though out assortment of items. I used all of them and am happy they were all included. I also recommend the relatively expensive paper towel holder. It's so nice to have the roll of shop towel up where you can easily reach for it, and it acts as another shelf as well.
