Amazing
I bought this not expecting very much. On my Olympus Om D E M10 this lens is amazingly good. Using a tripod or bean bag I've taken some great shots of birds from across a lake that would have been impossible with my automatic focus long lens. While a little skill is required to use a lens this long with manual focus it is well worth the time and effort spent in learning that skill.
